Did you know that GTA SA in Windows 7 Game Explorer (if anyone remembers this) has an AO (Adults Only) rating?
I find this rather odd. Apparently the copy I downloaded (with version 1.0) has Hot Coffee.
GTA HD Universe - Map of Cities + Canada (Original map by Batonsee)
I've finally completed a list of all the US cities (+some Canada cities) in GTA HD Universe. This is just a headcanon, I'm not from Rockstar. I also took most of the names from a fan project called Project Eagle (formerly Stars & Stripes). Regarding Leonida, it's also inaccurate and something may change with the release of GTA 6. I also decided to change the names of some states, but I don't think it's particularly critical.
I don't consider RDR and Bully to be part of the GTA/Manhunt lore. But in my fanon, there is a city called Bulford, which is similar to Bullworth, but not the same as the one in R* Vancouver's game. Also, I decided not to include Alaska and Hawaii.
Thanks to u/Batonsee for the map.

Why is this community so larping 😭
If only you knew how I hate when people touting their "shared universe" fanfiction as the "truth" and "canon" without even knowing what they're talking about. It would be fine if they admitted it was just their own stupid theories, but no, we're going to misinform people and impose our own lore. Seriously, this stupid theory even includes Max Payne, whose lore was invented and created by Remedy (I don’t give a shit who made the 3rd part, because that’s not the point).
Midnight Club and LA Noire always feature real life cities. RDR also has no connection to GTA lore, as it constantly mentioned real-life locations and there is not a single mention of Liberty City or the state of San Andreas (In GTA, there are instances where real cities are mentioned, but these often appear in side content, such as internet pages, because it's a minor detail when New York or California are never mentioned in the story). It's funny how some fans think that GTA 6 will have mentions or references to Saint Denis (the equivalent of New Orleans in RDR universe) or other locations, while they are 100% unaware that Cottonmouth from Manhunt 2 exists in GTA lore, which is also the equivalent of New Orleans (also partially Atlanta).
Regarding Bully... it's absolute hell. People are foaming at the mouth with the same "proof" of Bullworth's existence in GTA lore, even though they don't understand how lore works. It all started with some kid who wrote about Bully/GTA "connection" on the GTA Wiki 15 years ago because he liked the sound of it, and people decided to spread this crap to the masses, without any verification or critical thinking. I'm sure I would have been killed a couple of years ago if I dared to question the Bully/GTA theory. Explaining why this isn't the case will take a long time, so I recommend you watch [this video](https://youtu.be/OD8zxZwFbjE?si=OLOjaC\_tCM7NsqK7), read [this post](https://www.reddit.com/r/GTA/comments/1bzzfbh/bully\_is\_not\_connected\_to\_the\_3d\_universe\_proof/) or [this article](https://gta-myths.fandom.com/wiki/Bullworth). These materials are made very well and I hope they will somehow open the eyes of fans studying game lore.
Again, it's perfectly okay to create fanfiction and headcanons. But passing them off as "canon", forcing them on everyone and thus misleading them, is arrogant and ignorance. Keep your fantasies to yourself and in your own imagination, because you didn't write the lore of these games. Maybe some easter eggs or references on RDR and Bully in GTA have some "special meaning", but you didn't instill it. And remember: all Rockstar universes are independent (with the exception of the Manhunt dilogy which is truly connected to the lore of GTA 3D universe). A few seconds of a certain location or character's appearance on TV doesn't always indicate shared lore, as everything runs much deeper. Don't look at things superficially, have at least a modicum of critical thinking, and be skeptical of strange fan theories while carefully analyzing the information. Even GTA Wiki has long since removed the fake information about Bully and is ready to make further corrections.
What do you think about this? I'm also interested to hear your thoughts on the "Rockstar shared universe" theory.
Screen issue with Xbox Original Emulator
Today I installed the Compatibility Pack on my console and launched Manhunt, but the problem is that the game is displayed in a small window with black fields around it, and the image is distorted.
Ethnicity of the characters in Manhunt 1/2
I based this on the origins of the surnames or my headcanons. Do not take this as reliable information.
James Earl Cash, Dr. Laura Whyte - Scottish
Daniel Lamb - English
Leo Kasper - German
Lionel Starkweather, Judy Sender - Jewish
Dr. Pickman - Irish
Michael Grant - Louisiana French Creole
Ramirez - Dominican
The Journalist (Rob...erta?) - Puerto Rican
My Xbox 360 E has no network settings at all
I can't connect to the internet on my modded console (Freestyle Dash, Dash launch 3.21) because there's no option to do so in the settings, but I need to install game covers. What's the problem and how can I fix it?
Why does GTA have references to Manhunt 1 but not Manhunt 2?
Seriously, since Manhunt 2's release in 2007, all we've gotten is an uncensored PC port in 2009 and The Pervs (Voyeur) beta mask for GTA Online and also changed brands in GTA 4 that are no longer associated with the Project, although it is possible that R* North just used old textures (at least MK-TV was actually originally called that, and this texture with Shaniquwa was in MH2 beta and was used for GTA 4).
While the HD universe has many mentions to Carcer City, masks of the Smileys, Hoods, Wardogs, Cerberus gangs, references to Piggsy and even an entire mini-game "Camhedz" stylized as MH1 for GTA Online. There's still nothing like that but with MH2.
Even Cottonmouth was never directly mentioned. Even in the game itself, the city's name appears only on manhole covers and unused objects.
In my opinion, even if the sequel was a failure and not as beloved by fans, it's still a game connected to GTA lore. Ignoring that would be incredibly foolish for Rockstar. While GTA Online is a fan service, MH2 currently has a lot of fans, and Rockstar is probably aware of that. But I hope that everything changes with the release of GTA 6, as the lore there will be very extensive and in-depth (I'll scream my head off at the first direct mention of Cottonmouth in the series' history), and I hope they haven't retconned it.
(Fan-made and headcanons. Don't take this seriously. I'm not from Rockstar and I didn't shake hands with Houser brothers)
I'm also planning to make a similar list, but with city names. I want to thank u/Batonsee for creating such a realistic and accurate map for GTA lore. While there are some oddities and questionable decisions (such as dividing Oklahoma into two states and missing some cities territories), but his work is incredible. Maybe you should make a map like this, but for a 3D universe?
