Need recommendations. I like being outside, in the mossy woods hiking or at an uncrowded beach. I’m not looking for like an intense hike, my full time job is extremely rigorous so I desperately need to relax. I’m vegan if that matters???

I was diagnosed is 2016 and still haven’t quite figured it out. I have severe chronic allergies that impact my EOE, eczema, asthma, and it’s honestly just as hard for me to handle as the first day I was diagnosed some days. I am on Dupixent with has help a bit, but my biggest issue these days is the stomach pain. I know EOE can cause other bowel issues, but I really just want to hear others experiences. My stomach hurts pretty much everyday, my GI says it’s the bottom of my esophagus that meets my tummy that’s constantly inflammation and irritated which causes the pain. But, I always have to shit. Typically 4 times a day. And usually diarrhea. Painful. Takes all the energy out of me. Sometimes pooping with relieve my tummy ache, sometimes not. Idk. It sucks.
