whats the most expensive thing in thermal expansion 4(1.7.10)

im doing a survival playthrough with a few qol things(chisel so i dont have to worry about getting building blocks, NEI so that i can look up recipies, archisections so that i can reduce lag and thats literally it) and Thermal Expansions, Foundation and Dynamics just so i can get a handle on one of The Mods and i want something to aim for as an "end goal" of sorts.

anybody know any other games with similar mechanics to this one's reincarnation system?

by "similar" i mean retaining the basic concept of "reset to level 1 with extra bonuses so that when you get to your previous level you're stronger than the first time"

i found a mod that removes alignment restrictions here and i wanted to know how to install it for this version of the game, i have the GOG version and putting the .2da file in the overrides folder in my directory of NWN Diamond/override doesn't work
