Look at the size of this house! (use our hobbit home with the green room for reference)

I posted awhile back about the huge house a well known CEO is building for 3 people. Well, here’s an update if anyone is interested. Honestly, we've accepted it at this point and have come to realize that it’s a pretty funny and tragic design when you think of it. Their pool will be looking directly at us 😂 and they will have no privacy for all that money!

In the words of the Dutchess Luanne Lasepps, “Money can’t buy you class, elegance is eaaaaaarned.”

I'll make sure to aggressively continue my morning wake and bake sessions. Happy Sunday!

My Accutane Testimonial (Chronic Cystic Acne from 12yr until 28yr)

Hi everyone, I'm a long time reddit lurker but have recently started wanting to share some of my wisdom from my long existence of 28 years. Anyway, I just to say to everyone who is suffering with this horrific shit and are desperately looking for answers - I hear you, I see you, you are not alone, and there is a cure. You don't have to deal with it anymore.

I started getting cysts on my face when I was 12. It went away and I was ok in 6th grade, and I actually got my first boyfriend! Then, it came back full-swing and I received some of the worst bullying of my life from the boys at my school. And it was crazy that it seemed like I was the ONLY one who had to deal with it.

Anyway, it continued into high school and I tried everything except Accutane. I was scared of going on Accutane due to its depression symptoms, and I had always dealt with serious side effects from hormones around my period (which was probably a part of the cystic acne). My Mom felt terrible. She worked hard to get me to the best dermatologists, regular facials, doing what she could to help me look as 'clean' as possible before going to school. Acne doesn't care about your money. It went on into my young adulthood and I was then able to manage it slightly with Spiro, doxycycline, and 10% benzoyl peroxide. I would still get several cysts a month, once under my eye that was so bad I had to wear an eye patch.

But then, the attached pictures show a cystic break out that I got at 27 YEARS OLD, all over my body, painful as hell. That's when I new I was done. I'm on Effexor for depression so I hoped that would combat any depressive symptoms. I went to the derm in tears and he told me "Trust me, I see more smiles coming into my office after Accutane treatment then tears.)

So here I am, one year later, no symptoms, and my skin has never been smoother. I wanted to share this with anyone who deals with mental health and terrible Accutane who may be afraid of what Accutane can do to your mental health. And you know what's funny? Even in my worst panic attacks, or depressive episodes, I can at least look in the mirror and be like hell yea my skin is glowing 💅

I hope this helps 😄 (sorry if there are typos I did not use AI this time)

My New Lair (Brisbane, Aus)

Would love any advice for improvements and to maximize the space. Also, maybe making it look less crowded ☺️

Hi everyone! Looking for advice.

So I'm on that enormous project (and I don't even open the slack anymore, tbh). However, since I live in Australia I am able to claim a fair amount of tasks.

That being said, I've clocked hours for those tasks but recieved this email. I tried to reply back explaining my situation, but the email was unable to be delivered. Is it because I have other browsers open when working? I have multiple jobs so I do shuffle between browsers. Not sure.

Any advice is appreciated : )

How much time did you charge for Onboarding & Admin?

I just onboarded to a project and its specific instructions / expert onboarding guide is extremely detailed and long. Of course, I would like to take my time with this material, study it, and take a few notes here and there.

Do they harshly look at time tracked for this? I could always prove I actually did the work with my highlighted annotations and written notes - but just wondering if anyone else had a similar experience : )

Thanks guys!

Hey gang - question for you all re: Background Check & Generalist Expert

So I got an offer (WOOP), however - I just wanted to check about how long the background check took for you all?

Also, I got an instant offeer as a General Expert even though my expertise is in UX, UI and Design (over a decade of experience at companies like Deloitte, JPMorgan Chase, NBCUniversal, etc.

Is there a reason why I got a generalist role vs. a design one? Would love any insights on how the selection process has worked for you all.

Thank you so much! Yay money hahaha

Good sign?

Also, I love how all of these AI training companies will not hire you, but ask for referrals. Like girl... what about me! I'm a great referral. hahaha

Anyway, my strategy is to hold off on applying to too many at once, as I did that for others like Mercor / Meridial and I don't think they liked that too much. So I'm trying a one at a time strategy here. Any advice from the LLM training sages out there?
