Fresh Baguette, Washington DC - $7.69
Really satisfied with this haul! I plugged them into an online order and it's a $54 value before tax.

Looks like the second Dolby is up and running at Tysons because there are new showtimes with a different seating configuration.
Really curious if the screen is similar in size to the other one. The original is nearly identical in size to the IMAX here.
And know if they've fixed the issue with the blue lights washing out part of the screen?
It was still present for Project Hail Mary despite multiple people's reports to IMAX so I have low hopes but curious nevertheless.
(I know, I know, Udvar-Hazy is better but I've gone without a car and that's an odyssey in itself, and the mall location is walking distance)
I'm in NYC for a few days and have always wanted to check out this IMAX, but I'm only free during Minions showtimes.
Do you guys think it would be worth it just to experience this screen? I have never seen a Minions-verse movie, but I suppose I'm open to enjoying it.
Getting out of a show around 10pm tonight but I don't want to stay in Manhattan after - anyone have some good options for casual solo dinner in the LIC area (or transit accessible nearby) that are still open past 11pm?
Looking mostly for places I can sit down at that time, though any recs are appreciated. I'm near Court Square.
Hey all, staying near Queensboro Plaza next week and looking for some tips.
Sadly most museums will be closed when I'm there Tuesday through Thursday, but the Queens Museum is definitely on the list and so is a visit to New World Mall.
Typically I do a lot of walking and a mix of indoor and outdoor stuff but seems like it's gonna be pretty hot those days. I did a lot of Manhattan and Jackson Heights food on my previous two trips so those are lower priority, and I'm curious about checking out more of Queens. I like unique food, history, film, live music.
Also looking for somewhere to watch the USA match on July 1 that's fun but not a massive crowd. Any help is appreciated!
7:30pm screening for Disclosure Day went down about 20 minutes after the movie started due to heavy storms in the area. They brought it back online, rewinded a bit, started playing and it was taken out by a power surge again. FYI for anyone headed there.
Dipped into AMC Georgetown today to catch the 25th anniversary screening of Shrek on their Dolby screen and was pretty disappointed.
The whole thing was zoomed in, trailers that had text at the very top or bottom were cut off, and once the movie started it was obviously not the full frame.
I stepped out to alert customer service but no one corrected it. I did send an email off to Dolby QC. Anyone know if this is a typical thing at this location? Usually go to NoVa AMCs but curious.
Anyone taken the Yellow Line shuttles yet today and know how smoothly it's running?
Also if I took the metro to Pentagon City, then a shuttle to Braddock Road, and then metro down to Eisenhower Ave, am I having to pay the fare twice?
I went into this blind tonight, just curious to see a concert in Dolby 3D, so imagine my surprise when they reveal 20 minutes in that the director is none other than James Cameron, who is often behind the camera filming the footage himself.
Really really good use of Dolby 3D with creative shots throughout, and excellent sound.
I did not go into this very familiar with Billie Eilish at all but found it very entertaining (and she herself comes across very down to earth and self-aware in her conversations with Cameron, which is refreshing).
Well worth an A-List slot this week. And as a bonus, they handed out some free bandanas which my theater still had plenty of.
