I've been working at a small web development agency for the past few months, building client websites and, more recently, AI agent projects.

My current arrangement is that I receive 10% of each project's value. I didn't think much about it at first, but now that I'm contributing more, I'm wondering if it's actually a fair split.

I'm considering looking for another agency or a different opportunity, but I'm not sure if I'm overthinking it.

For those who've worked in agencies or freelanced, does 10% sound reasonable, or would you start exploring other options?

Initially I was looking at the MacBook Air M4 (16GB/512GB) but it's available on Amazon and Flipkart at a higher price than I expected.

Setup + retainer feels hard to sell. Flat project fee kills recurring revenue. Value-based is hard to explain to a non-technical owner.

Work's done, client's happy, then comes the "can we do something about the price?"

Tried making a Gaussian Splatting walkthrough of a house but failed badly

I have videos/images of the house, but I can’t figure out the proper open-source workflow to make a smooth walkthrough camera movement from it.

Does anyone know a good setup/tools for this?

Something like: video/images → gaussian splatting → proper walkthrough render

Open source preferred.

Saw someone mention a tool I think it was Polycam where you walk through a property, upload the video, and it spits out an actual navigable 3D walkthrough. Not just a rendered flythrough video.

Is that the go-to for this or is there something better? Also does it need a LiDAR phone or does regular video work fine? Trying to understand the workflow before I recommend anything to someone.

Got my first international client. He wants to pay in crypto. Need a clean way to receive it and withdraw to my Indian bank account.

Testing the free tier to see if it's worth paying for. Been trying the Reference Video feature (where you drop in a video + your character and it places you in the scene) but it's not working great. Before I spend money on a subscription, wanted to know, is anyone actually getting good results with this? Any tips?

Built a WhatsApp agent for dental clinics, handles appointment booking, follow-ups, and post-visit review collection. No staff needed.

Never marketed to Brazil, but 4 people reached out organically. Built it for one of them, worked well. Also did one for a US clinic with HIPAA compliance.

Couldn't close the other 3, communication broke down since they weren't very active on Reddit.

But the organic demand got me thinking, WhatsApp is already huge in Brazil, so is there real demand for this in dental clinics here?

Only built for 2 clinics total, so I don't want to over-assume. Anyone close to the healthcare or clinic space here, would love honest thoughts.
