Need help. Urgent. Please give opinions.

I'm from B.Tech 2nd year. In the previous semester during the end sem exams I fractured my right hand and was unable to give end sem exams. Even after providing the college with all the medical documents they decided that I would get backlogs in 6core subjects and can appear for the re-examination for the sessional subjects and the lab exams.

Now when our 4th semester results are released I somehow got F in 3subjects. I'm pretty sure that out of those three subjects 2of their exams went very well.

What do I do now? Do I have to repeat the 2nd year?

Did they overcharge me? Pls read body.

So I went for the first service of my SpeedT4(400cc) and they charged me a total of Rs 2902. They asked me to do the payment in three parts. 1st 1730 2nd 1015 3rd 157. I agreed to do this and asked for the bills. So the first to payments that I did in the SC's qr code. And for the third payment the woman opened her own upi qr and asked for the payment there. Since I found it odd and asked her that why do I have to pay in this qr she told me that it's for the fabric grease and something else and the payment has to be done for them in that qr. So i asked for the bill of Rs 157 which she gave me. I signed their copies of the three bills and took mine. When I got home I noticed that I wasn't given the bill for the Rs 157. Ik that it's not a great amount but was it a scam of some sorts?
