When to focus on lineups?

I recently learned lineups for Killjoy. Awesome. Should I be focusing on these every time my team plants? My most recent game I prioritized it if my team was holding site, but I’m starting to think that maybe that wasn’t the move. I’m silver 2 if that’s relevant for the question.

I bought a Hullcracker and just unloaded on the big Arc over the last few days. Started doing the Matriarch and even finished up with my first Harvester run where I got the Jupiter and Equalizer BP. Those will likely be given to a friend and I'll do it again next season
