First time in my life feeling proud of myself

So I'm 26F and

my story is a unique one after 4 years of corporate in manufacturing R&D bit the bullet and went for MBA, Lo and behold life happened and got married to an amazing guy during the second year of my MBA even though it is an AM we both eventually fell for each other 💖

Somehow managed home visits, case comps, placements and MBA journey and got a good enough role in a Big 4 and became the girl's topper of my batch all of this despite going home once a week for 2-3 days maybe I did not enjoy much with my peers and friends but I gave it my all in managing things

Again Lo and behold life happens and as soon my MBA gets over I get pregnant despite all of our plans to have kids only after 3 years of marriage and we have barely completed 1 year together ( we did not plan for it in fact both were on birth control)

And I started contemplating life again

New city, New role, New responsibilities both personally and professionally all of it hitting me at once like a truck

Requested the company to give me my preferred location which was fortunately accommodated

Spoke about my situation to the HR and the team I'll be working with who were fortunately emphatic enough to understand me and assured me things will be taken care of and not to worry much and gave me all the maternity benefits from the day-01 of joining the organisation and recently completed 2 weeks with the organisation only one thing they asked in return is to not stop learning

Now I'm sitting in an airport awaiting my flight for a training program thinking about my life, my future kiddo and my career and I feel proud of myself for the first time that how far I have come and the situations I have dealt with

Yes there are problems and yes there are challenges ahead for me but first time I feel confident enough to deal with them without over thinking about anything

Maybe life is all about accepting things that come your way and live the smallest moments of joy whole heartily

Am I happy? Yes I'm

Am I nervous at the same time ? Yes but I know I can cross this as well

To anyone who has read this I hope you also get the courage to face life and be proud of yourself

All the very best

MBA campus hire queries

So I have 2 queries

  1. My BGV by first advantage is completed and everything has been verified but still no sign of offer letter, in portal it's showing offer in progress

  2. I put No for relocation in the PHT form since I stay with my spouse and I'm a short time ( next 6-8 months) care giver for for my father in law since he lost his right hand in an accident in his company Will that somehow affect my candidature?

Edit: my location preference is that of Bengaluru and I was said during interview it should not be a problem since it's the second largest office

So I'm a campus hire as a consultant and got my PHT a 2 weeks ago, after that it's been radio silence from their end, my batchmates have got offer letter but 5 of us haven't got the offer letter and it's frustrating to say the least we have our own personal commitments planned around this and somewhere seeing all the other peers start their careers makes me feel kinda jealous as in "when will my turn come" Uggghhhh!!!

Soo.. before people start giving me gyaan( advice) on use of protection this is a miracle baby despite me having PCOD, using birth control ( me being on pills and he on male protection) and I'm super happy about having my first child but the work aspect scared me like anything firstly the location is uncertain I'll get to know in a week I have already emailed my situation to my TPO and the HR let's see what they come up with. Secondly I'm scared about the discrimination and bias I'm gonna face 🥹🥹🥹 I feel happy that I have a support system on home to take care of things but the work aspect scares the shit out of me. I'll be expecting my child to come into this world around (December end 2026/ Jan 1st week 2027)
