what would you do??

okay, i understand this may be a general question but i need insight 😭
a week ago someone bought one of my listings, but sent me a message about 2 hours after the purchase and asked for a refund due to being out of budget ( which i had no problem doing).
anyway, it was still listed and a girl was in contact with me a few days after and was asking to purchase it but that it didn't give her an option ( i figured out it was because it wasn't technically cancelled from the other order that was refunded). i asked if she could wait a few days because i was sick and wasn't able to ship anything out, and she agreed!
today, i relisted the item and contacted her immediately after it was on my profile. ( 8-9 hours ago )
as of 10 minutes ago i get an email from paypal about receiving funds and low and behold the girl i originally refunded had repurchased the item!! 😭😭😭
i dont blame her in anyway but im totally beating myself up over the fact that i should have wrote ' pending order ' or anything in the caption.
what would you guys do??

question about specific symptoms

i was unsure if i should post this here or in the mega thread since im not asking if i have it? please let me know !

hi everyone! im set to be assessed for ibs after my fecal calprotectin test came back with a 10.0 ( thankfully.)

i just want to ask if anyone had any of these specific similar symptoms as i did and if they had any other side diagnosis' on top of that ?? these are: blood in stool, blood in mucus, mucus present for 2 months in a row, sometimes mixed in stool and other times surrounding it.

im aware mucus is found in ibs but i was told the blood can be a cause of a fissure or hemmoroid, which is a separate diagnosis. i have additional symptoms on top that i feel are irrelevant to my questions but you can share yours or ask me if needed!

if so, what is your treatment plan and if you had to do any procedures or anything??

thank you so much !

Arianas mental/physical health and fanbase rant.

i just joined here to get this off my chest, but wow can i just say how offensive not only how ariana is with promoting eds, but her fanbase defending it??

a few days ago i wanna say, i read a post somewhere on tiktok saying " do ariana grande fans find it offensive when she promotes eds ", and a lot of them said no because " they know shes struggling and will find her way out ".

hi! im a girl who struggled with two eds and ended up being hospitalized because i was close to heart failure. i hate ariana so so much for her promotion of these disorders, and i hate the fact that she thinks its an aesthetic thing and to ignore the people who genuinely want to help her or even call her out. this girl has not and will never speak out against the allegations because she dgaf and thinks its whats best for her, and frankly i dont care with what she does, but im SO TIRED of her fanbase defending it and also not admitting to the fact that she is far deep into this issue.

many can argue saying that shes not promoting it, but to myself, and others, shes promoting it just by being herself. to publicly wear outfits that show off a sternum ( which you typically wont see on the average person ), ignoring the call outs and bringing people into the issue ( speculated with cynthia ) is something so disgusting.

see, im no fan of hers, but her behaviour over the years is just a sign of her not feeding her brain enough and her body holding on. i can't wait for the day shes healed so i can find another reason to hate on her. people supporting her need to WAKE UP.

ok thx guys

need help with surrendering a cat safely!

hi everyone! my family and i need help with surrendering a cat here in saskatoon.

in the end of february we has adopted 2 sibling cats from an owner who didn't want them. there was the 6 month old and 4 month old. we were told that the 6m/o liked to hide and wasn't too social, and we were okay with that!

although, when we brought her back, she immediately went into hiding. this was no problem, it was a new environment, but then we couldn't find her for days. it was on the 4th day when we heard something in our ceiling which we thought was rats, but after seeing her poke her head out of the power box, we saw her.

so, over the past two months we have been trying to get her out. at the start, we would leave food up there and dilute it with loads of water ( we didnt want to risk water itself being near the powerbox ). then, we started leaving food and water in the room of the powerbox, and found she would come out at night. we then stopped leaving food out to see if she would come down, and she wouldn't. we then started to leave food out, but would be in the same room, and no luck. so, we made holes in the ceiling.

the holes did nothing, because our ceiling had led to multiple areas in our house, but we did spot her a lot. anyway, last thursday ( 3 days ago ) we ended up catching her while she came out to eat, and we thought it was over, but no. she had somehow found her way into the ceiling in our laundry room.

we believe she might have been abused ( we have been thinking this for about a month now ) , but are unsure. her sister is very social and active, and loves attention and the previous owner said she ( the sister ) was always social, so we don't really know?? this isn't our first time owning cats, but this is our first time dealing with this and we don't think we are fit to be dealing with a scared cat. i love animals, we all do, but i genuinely dont know if i can give her the life she deserves if she can't give us a chance. saying that, i want her to find people who can handle taking care of a cat who is anxious and may have a past of being abused.

i don't want to surrender her to a shelter like spca, if i need to, it can be a thought. but it would very much help if i could get any information on what we can do in the meantim and where we can take her to get better support. this also isn't me asking someone to take her over reddit lmfao. although if you know people that take in cats, it would be helpful : ) if anyone is aware of any local cat places, fostering, or anything here in saskatoon to help with the situation , please let me know. thanks everyone, and i hope this post is on topic enough to stay up!!

noted: her previous owners did not have her see a vet at all. she has no vaccines, is not spayed and was given to us in a dog kennel.

you can do this!

random thought i guess, but my mom was first diagnosed with a stage 4 glioblastoma in 2015 and had gotten the tumor removed and some of her right frontal cortex and underwent treatment.

she was rediagnosed in february 2024 and although this one was inoperable, she went through chemo and radiation, it ended up shrinking ( not fully ) and is now still here with us.

and as of today, her oncologist had said her recent mri showed no new growth ( or shrinkage ), and she is done chemo treatment: ) and to add on shes a medical miracle, as she doesnt have a full brain and still has a tumour.

throughout the years she actually went and got a degree and is now enrolled in a criminology certificate program for this fall🥹🥹

i want to apologize if i said any wrong terms and if anything doesnt make sense. overall, im saying that you can do this. she is a fighter, and shows that you can do ANYTHING if you try. good luck to everyone and anyone who is struggling with this terrible situation, you are a warrior.

edit: i noticed i used the word big chop and learned the history behind it from this automod thing. i apologize for that, and thanks for the information 🫶 by that i meant i cut almost 10 inches.
hi everyone! i dont have any reference photos at the moment so i hope this is easy to understand.

( if this helps, i am ethnically chilean and ukrainian )

naturally, i have 2a-2b hair, and in some areas 2c. this happened during puberty, but i've always had thicker wavy hair before in my childhood. during my teenage years, i didnt know how to manage my hair and being the only person in both sides with my hair texture, no one taught me how to care for it. this obviously led to me finding a straighter and relying on it for 3 years straight. in between those 3 years i did get relevant chops due to breakage, loss of pattern, but it still never dawned to me on the first step how to fix that ( by cutting out heat ). even when i used heat, my hair would grow fast, and has been like that since my childhood, and i have been using damaged hair products for the past year ( the dove bond repair hair mask and argan oil ).

anyway, i did a huge hair cut in october and my hair was so damaged and pattern was lost so the result was my hair being up to my ears. its almost may, and my hair is just hitting my shoulders, and i feel like i have no clue what im doing wrong. my hair has always grew at a faster pace, and i have nothing affecting me medically to prevent this, and i just want to wear my hair with confidence but its so hard when its so short 🥺. im not rich, if you recommend any expensive products, please stand by it. ive read amazing reviews of the red ken dream length too, but unsure if it'll be good for my hair. i do the dove bond repair mask and argan oil every sunday, 3 hours before wash, and a coconut oil mask ( literally just coconut oil ) 20 minutes before my wash on wednesdays.

any advice is needed and appreciated, thank u sm :)

routine: i rotate between renpure coconut set, loreal hydration plump set , and loreal color safe ( this was gifted). i use loreal purple hair mask every sundat to tone the ends of my hair, which does work for my toning at least. i use dove bond repair hair mask and argan oil every sunday, and pure coconut oil on wednesdays. i use shea moisture leave in conditioner and dove bond repair oil! i use water for refresh, and let it air dry. i do use a bonnet but it slips off during the night 🫤
