The word Janitor has never been offensive to me, I’ve been a janitor and never have found this word offensive, it is a name for an occupation.
I think the avoidance and switch up is like a Freudian slip, “oh that word is offensive they’re called Custodians now”

And if I’m not mistaken even Custodian is being phased out into Service Worker.
All this does is shift the guilt for the people above everyone, for the business owners who undervalue their Janitors, they feel guilty that this vital, underpaid, overlooked, and often deemed for lesser people position so they rename it to make it seem more of a respectable position, when no one with a normal position in life ever considered it offensive to begin with. It’s a complete admission of guilt from above
“We know you guys are not only disrespected, and underpaid, we feel bad about it so we’re going to make your title sound more respectable, janitor sounds icky so now you’re a Custodian”

Just wanna preface by saying I love the distorted sound, AGC did it, imo, the best anyone has ever done in rage, but with this album am I trippin or do a lot of the songs kinda just blend together?? I feel like I can hear some absolutely crazy melodies but they’re getting completely sloshed by the insane distortion on it, and again I love the sound but 22 songs back to back of very similarly distorted beats just kinda feels like it’s way too much. None of the songs are bad individually either it’s just that it feels like there isn’t much contrast. That 2hollis beat is probably my favorite of the album too. Idk maybe it just needs to sit a lil longer.
Also side note Carti is like my #1 artist but bro completely sold on these feats honestly :/ they’re just not hitting.
I think the real reason is because they know that ANY real gameplay footage may fall short of the absolutely massive amount of expectations that have built up, if even one thing is off for a certain demographic they could lose millions of dollars in sales. When you’re at the level of buzz gta 6 is at even the smallest slip up could scare off a ginormous % of game purchases, so why not capitalize on that hype BEFORE any real gameplay?
I think gta 6 will be an impressive game, but personally I will not be pre-ordering until we see real gameplay footage, my current fear is that this game is going to be a lot like gta 5 if not more like gta 5 than gta 5 was like 4 if you get me,
I don’t think this game will be anywhere near as groundbreaking as gta 5 was, but hopefully gameplay proves this otherwise, anyways don’t fall for it is what I’m saying, pre-orders don’t run out ✌️

And that’s okay, that’s not what they’re trying to be anymore, Casios were at one point the feature king, but with smart watches and phones they’re objectively obsolete, and thats completely fine. You don’t have to shit on smart watches to love a Casio, I own 8 Casios and regularly wear em. I so often see people commenting under a post of a smart watch (even the gshock smart watches) with people saying “yea my f91w is better” and it’s just not bro, it’s the modern analog watch, it does some very basic things and it looks really cool doing it, that’s it.
You don’t see this same dilemma with analog watches, you don’t see people constantly comparing their analog watches to an Apple Watch and exclaiming how much better they are because that’s just not their purpose anymore, analog watches are objectively obsolete and more of a fashion statement, and no one fights to make it seem otherwise.
Digital has entered the same state, it’s a piece of jewelry that happens to tell time and have a stopwatch and timer, in the same fashion that an analog is a piece of jewelry that happens to tell the time and maybe tell you the current moon phase or something quirky.

I kinda dove into the trenches with my first ever build, went for a date dial swap and rotor swap, and I’m super happy with it!! I highly recommend this to anyone who loves working on small things!! It’s honestly not difficult and way better than slapping on a rotor sticker imo.
I had a bit of a scare with the rotor too, I had installed it slightly too lose and when I put the movement into my case, everything just quit moving no matter what.
Turns out the little bit of leverage the rotor had from being slightly lose was binding the entire movement up, once I freaked out for about an hour trying to figure out what went wrong, I pressed on the rotor without meaning to and the watch sprung back to life, that’s when I noticed the screw for the rotor was just lose enough to wobble, causing all my problems, really scared the shttt outta me with the price these nh34s has hit.
If anyone has any idea how they did this (or if this is your watch!?) please 🙏 help a mf out I want a gmt PRX!
