1 year progress

Last 3 pics were taken at the absolute best point of my life and my physique. I’m still trying to improve and I believe I will.
The gym has really become my life.
I started as 95kgs - 209.4 lbs
Then became 68kgs - 149.9 lbs.
Actually on the first picture I was already a lot of weight down. My goal was a weight loss and then it became a muscle gain.

Muscles on women that’s something that I find incredibly beautiful. That’s definitely not for everyone and some might say “Ew you look like a man”
Well so be it. I enjoy working out and it definitely is such a great therapy!

Throughout my progress I had sooo many setbacks but at the end of the day I still made so much progress. The gym is really the best thing that happened to me. I would highly recommend getting into the gym

Extremely disappointing customer service

Extremely disappointing customer service. I ordered a package from YoungLA, but it was marked as delivered even though I never received it. I checked everywhere around my home and asked all of my neighbours, but nobody had the package.
I contacted DHL, and DHL told me to contact the sender. I then contacted YoungLA, but YoungLA told me to contact DHL. I have now been sent back and forth between both companies without anyone actually resolving the problem.
What makes this even worse is that I placed another order because the original item was supposed to be a gift. I later cancelled the new order, but I still have not received my refund, even though more than 10 business days have already passed since the cancellation.
So at this point, I am dealing with a package I never received AND money from a cancelled order that still has not been returned.
I understand that the tracking says “delivered”, but that does not change the fact that I, as the customer, never received my order. Instead of properly helping me investigate the situation with the carrier, YoungLA told me that the package was “stolen” and that I should contact the police.
I have spent a huge amount of time contacting both DHL and YoungLA, and neither side seems willing to take responsibility or actually resolve the situation.
This was supposed to be a gift, and the entire experience has been extremely frustrating. I expected much better customer service from YoungLA.

I would strongly recommend being careful when ordering from YoungLA, especially when it comes to customer service, missing packages, and refunds.
