Roku tv keeps dimming randomly

Hi, I have been all over the internet searching for the answers. Before I try support I thought I should ask this community. I live in this apartment that came with the tv. I am not allowed to remove it and the landlords are not going to replace it. It is a TCL tv and I have no idea how old it is but it keeps giving me this really annoying issue where it will quickly dim and then go back to normal. It doesnt happen all the time but it happens often enough that I have no idea wether we will be able to enjoy time with the tv or not and when it starts it keeps dimming every so often that it makes movies unwatchable and games unplayable. I have been all over the settings numerous times and cannot figure out what setting has anything to do with it. At this point I wonder if any if them really do. At first, adjuating the dynamic contrast would work. And the first time I did, (turned it off) I was so relieved I thought I fixed it. Then a couple weeks later it started again. I went to the settings and the contrast was set on high. So I set it back to off. Seemed fixed. Then it happened again awhile later and this time the setting was off so I changed it to low. Seemed fixed. Next time it happened so I changed it again. It would keep happening and it seemed that all I had to do was toggle the dynamic contrast to SOMETHING and then it would be fine. Now toggling doesnt even matter at all. Now it just seems that the issue will start up randomly and go away randonly but when it starts up it will last for the entirety of whatever activity we are using the tv for. Its like a gamble now to see if it will do it when we turn the tv on or not. Sometimes its right away, sometimes its anywhere from 15 min to an hour+ in. Turning the tv off and on again has no effect. I'm just at a loss. Why ia this happening? How do I fix this? Please do not say to just get a new tv. I literally do not have the authority to do so. I just hope theres some real way to fix it. Thanks

I took a video if it but cant seem ti attach it here

Photosensitivity on areas I do NOT apply Taz?

I'm curious to know if this is a thing or if I am connecting things inaccurately. This weekend I got a sunburn all over my legs and arms. It was pretty red and by the end of the night it was fire engine red, super hot to the touch, and even had raised areas that felt swollen. I couldnt walk or bend my lwgs without sharp pains. My skin never bubbled and the redness dis reduce some by the next day after home treatments. Ive never had a burn this bad but I do burn in the sun quickley. I had forgotten sunscreen so I set myself up badly I know, but I am curious to know if my sunburn was worse because of my use of taz. I only use it on some skin patches as per my doctors instructionsanf those areas were completely covered. Google has not been helpful and my doctors office hasnt been open. Can taz really travel like that and cause extreme photosensitivity to my whole body?

What should I use this for?

What kinds of things would you use in the car that this plug converter would come in handy for?

12v car adapter to 120v ac wall outlet

How to cool down enclosure?

I noticed my snake trying to escape the past week or so and the temp and humidity levels just keep rising. Today I see its the highest its been so far, nearly 100 degrees on the hot side! Its 81 on the cool side. Its not really been hot here at all, actually its been dissapointingly cold on and off but its been humid as all get out because of the non stop rain we have had for weeks and weeks now. (Western NY) Weather goes between humid and chilly and humid and warm. Today is quite warm. I have a fan going that is attached to the screen top. I dont use it all the time but I hooked it up this week to see if it would help. The easy answer is to just get ACs however 2 issues are a little in the way of that right now. 1, its been raining so much and then randomly getting cold so hooking them up didnt seem like thw right time yet. I do open my windows whenever I can tho.

And the second issue is that the house we moved into has a dissapointingly limited amount of outlets that are far and few between. There are actually no windows in the upstairs that have outlets next to them that are open and only one window downstairs in the most inconveinient place next to the only usable plug in the kitchen for appliances. The one upstairs next to my bedroom window is also the one I have the lights plugged into (mine and his). We dont own it so no idea if we will be able to get the landlord to update this or not or how long that would take. So for now I am a little bit at a loss as to how to keep conditions correct for him. I forgot to take a pic of humidity. Its up at 80 right now so not good. Really dont need a repeat of last years infections. No idea what triggered it but my struggle with humidity was never ruled out.

Also quick update on my last post. His appetite is back to normal and he is gaining. Still could put on more weight but I see a positive change.

I have never done a send in signing before and I am familiar with the option to do so from places like galaxycon but I have not heard anything about celebworx and am curious about others experience with them before trying this.
