Went exploring the Oklahoma panhandle and southeast corner of Colorado.
Took my Nikon FM3A and a roll of Provia 100F and explored the forgotten southeastern corner of Colorado.
Took my Nikon FM3A along with some Fuji Provia 100F and did some exploring in the Oklahoma panhandle and southeast corner of Colorado.
Funny thing is, I found this subreddit while sitting in the VA waiting room.
Spent a weekend roaming the Oklahoma panhandle and southeast Colorado.
Went roaming around the Oklahoma panhandle and southeast corner of Colorado. Such a beautiful place with disappearing homesteads.
Spent a few days roaming around the Oklahoma panhandle and up into southeastern Colorado with my cameras. To me, it’s such a beautiful area. Shame how many places were once thriving, now abandoned.
Some context, I'm a 42 yr old male. 5'9' and 185lbs. I've always been active and from the age of 18 to 35 I stayed at 165 lbs no matter what I did.
Fast forward to when I was 38, I had a metal plate placed in my neck from injuries in the military. I had a complex about my neck, I was scared everything I did would jeopardize it. In the last 4 years I gained 20ish lbs being super sedentary.
I've finally reached my wall. I started a calorie deficit and slowly introducing kettlebell workouts and walking in my daily routine.
But from a calorie stand point I have a 210 calorie Starbucks drink in the morning. Then 1 slice of pizza and water for lunch, estimated at 400 calories. Then a fresh prepped meal that averages between 400 and 500 calories. I eat the same thing everyday and rarely deviate. I allow myself a ice cream from a local place only on Sundays.
My RMR is 1710 calories a day, I'm hovering at 1,110 calories consumed.
I'm in week 2 and down 5 lbs.
Is this too low of calorie deficit? Am I at risk of anything?
I do have Obsessive Disorder, so now that I have started this diet, I will not stop until I hit 165 lbs.

I have a different kind of question. I'll be getting a Frontier here soon. I do alot of camping, exploring and I like to car camp when doing so.
Does anyone know the length of the rear of the cab to the footwell on the passenger side? I was thinking of removing the passenger seat, and I'll be removing the rear seat either way and having a sleeping platform built.
The other option is getting a long bed and throwing on a shell like many others have.
Since I have my Military Lifetime Interagency Pass, can I come and go as I please? My local NP, Rocky Mountain National Park does timed entry even with Interagency passes. I was unsure w/ GTNP.
My apartment has a weird plan, and I’m trying to figure out a placement for my computer desk.
Option 1 is where it currently is.
Option 2 is directly in front of the window to the left.
Option 3 is facing the tv, back to wall.
Just a few frames from roaming around Oklahoma.
When I was younger I loved working night. I would black out my room, crank the window ac and sleep great. Then I moved to second shift and felt like I hit the lottery. Slept 4AM-Noon and still feel this was my best sleep. I recently made some career changes. Had to work nights again for two months, thought I was going die working that schedule again after 40 yrs old. But I got moved to my new regular schedule, found a sleep schedule and things are better. Started wearing an Apple Watch and here are my sleep results from Apple.
I work a hybrid schedule, so I work about equal times from home and office. This is the office view.
