Anyway, how do you compare Vigan sa Lingayen? I went sa Lingayen part kase sa beach and medyo okay naman pero nakakapaso ang init. How do you beat the heat diyan sa Vigan? Grabe kase talaga and thinking na hindi pa ako pumunta during the summer season, mas eexpect kong mas mainit pa yan sa summer

Hello! I have seen a lot of resources about this such as Inabel, Binakol, etc of Ilocos. However, Abra, a Cordilleran region, also has Binakol and they are more treated as indigenous weaving patterns of Itneg ethnolinguistic group.

I am looking for Ilokano weaving pattern or "tela" that is from Ilocos that are made by native Ilokanos, not of indigenous group in Ilocos and Abra. Do we have such thing or Inabel and Binakol are really both shared by Ilocos and Abra?

Hello! I want to ask for your honest advice po. GWA: 86, PR: 58. I come from hindi naman ganun mayaman na pamilya and hindi rin gaanong katalinuhan. My province where I came from, meron naman kaming medical school. Although, mataas ang standards and tapos na rin ang application. I tried to apply to them and pinaplano ko na mag pa recon kung sakali hindi matanggap sa kanila since ayaw ko na lumayo sana.

On the other hand, PLT Solano, is nasa Nueva Vizcaya, kung tutuusin, mas makakatipid ako sa pang araw araw sa PLT since compared sa province kung saan ako, mas mababa ang cost of living. The tuition fee is almost the same naman both sa province ko and sa PLT.

Marami po akong naririnig na both pros and cons ng university. One advantage is the idea na mayroong pahinga ang mga students, hindi toxic ang environment. Pero the disadvantage na nababasa ko ay marami raw ang tamad sa kanila at maraming issues na naririnig sa mga students nila.

I also looked at their passing rate, and parang around 50% ang first PLE result nila last October then 90% ang next this March, while the retakers around 40% ang passing.

Gusto ko sana na sa province na lang ako mag aral, and get higher PR pero my parents already told me na iderecho ko na mag med kung saan ako papasa. Sila ang magbabayad sa tuition fee, pero mas okay sa kanila if mas mababa ang tuition fee. Mukang mas mabilis makapasa sa PLT and hindi gaanong strict ang admission nila. Also, sa city ako galing and baka manibago ako when it comes sa convenience ng bagay bagay since probinsya vibe ang Bascaran.

I would love to her your opinions po! Sana makahelp kayo since I've been thinking about this too much and medyo hindi ko na rin alam ang gagawin. Thank youu!

Hii!! First of takot akong magpa psychiatrist since the first time I went sa psychiatrist, binigyan ako ng gamot and iba ang reaction sa katawan ko. My blood pressure rose up and I had to go to ER. Kaya hindi na naulit. Also, I feel like my heart skips a beat kapag nainom ng gamot na nabibigay sa akin.

Anyway, sino sa tingin niyo na psychiatrist na recommended niyo? Yung ayos, kapalagayan ng loob at nakikinig talaga? I really admire ang Peralta Psych e pero psychologist lang kase ang meron. Any suggestions? I have gen anxiety disorder e.

Super baba ng passing ng BAR sa Pilipinas and I am planning to study Law din, pero a part of me is natatakot since hindi ako ganoon kagaling. Nakakatulugan ko ang mga readings sa college lalo kung puro jargons na and when I review, nakakatulog ako. Hirap mag magmemorize din. Given na super baba ng passing rate, on average, ilang takes ba ang karamihan before they pass the BAR? Somehow napanghihinaan ako ng loob since sinasabing super hirap ng BAR.

Also, given my age, umaakyat na ang presyon ng dugo ko when nervous and during exams dahil clinically diagnose din with anxiety disorder. Any tips and techniques?

I just want to ask, there will be a power interruption because by May 14 the whole of Benguet will be out of power, but almost all places in Benguet will have no power.

I really have an important event to attend online from 7 am to 12pm and mobile data is not recommended, much better if connected to a modem/router for more power since I need high mbps. Do you have any suggestions outside Benguet or around Benguet for a private room with high mbps internet? Thank you!!
