Ptosis worse in the morning anyone else?
Hear me out, I don’t always sleep well and I forgot to put in my mouth guard so I’ve been chewing down on my teeth all night and woken up with eyes near enough closed. Does this happen to anyone else?

Looking for compression socks that aren’t too tight around the knee for large calves but also don’t come from some terrible shell company. Any ideas? Thank you so much 🙏
Currently waiting on Anti-AChR, Anti-MuSK, Anti-LRP4 coming back. How to stay well before I get results and treatment? Just in case it is MG. Also have weakness and heaviness in limbs, right side worse, especially right arm.
I’ve got 2 tickets to MCR, been in hospital and now have another problem with my neck / back and can’t move. So clearly not happening for me.
Tickets are on twickets, safety for all: https://hbtn00x4.r.eu-west-1.awstrack.me/L0/https:%2F%2Ftwckts.com%2FB1C2/1/0102019f2bd3aaad-89a752f3-73e4-4ee5-9a2e-c77508a50fdb-000000/tWsuXbdWisEz-vg48lDwDTD2imE=473
I have been having a bunch of concerning symptoms and I’m wondering if it might be MG. I live in Scotland and I’m not sure with my health I could make it to London for a blood test. Are there other options?
This is a picture of him from the 80s. He died at 63. Things were complicated but I miss him and I’m finding not being able to chat to him quite hard.
Personally think we should go all out for Bouaddi but maybe that’s unrealistic 😅
Words of encouragement or advice during this period, anything you pick up or anyone on the other side have anything. Me and my dog 🐕
Firstly, I would just like to say I’m not seeking reassurance. I’m not sure if I have health concern ocd but I think I might. Also trigger warning if you have health concern ocd as some content might be upsetting especially around my dad’s death I mention at the end, though I have tried not to go into detail.
The problem is I have a multitude of health problems also and I should get new symptoms checked by a doctor but I find it really hard to identify what should be checked and that leads to googling which I think is a compulsion. It’s not every day but still. I’ve not been googling but my doctor gets pissed if he thinks it isn’t worth his time. I usually only go if I have a fever, serious pain or concerning symptoms like facial paralysis etc. I’m waiting on mris and stuff.
I had what turned out to be pulsatile tinnitus but not googling it before he said it wasn’t that concerning unless I had it for weeks. He seemed annoyed I was there asking. How do you negotiate knowing when to ask a doctor and when not to? Without additional information?
I have autism/adhd, my curiosity and drive to understand and know things is why I’m a researcher. I’m not sure it’s helpful now.
My health anxiety was defo manageable but has ramped up since my dad died pretty young (early 60s) before Christmas because he specifically attended the doctor and they said he was fine and he was not.
I have adhd and autism and I get by in work. I have a friend though who is really struggling but has loads of potential and my own suggestions haven’t helped. I’m wondering if there are any coaches (bonus points if they are in Scotland) that can support people with work coaching? They’ve asked if I could help find someone cos it’s overwhelming and I wondered if anyone had any good experiences?
