New hairstylist here. Should I make a new account, or convert my 1000 follower personal account into my hair account?

Im going to need to start posting hair stuff on Instagram since it's pretty much the best way to get new clients, but Im wondering which will be better.

New account seems logical with having a fresh algorithm (?), would love to hear some reasons why this would be a good idea.

My thought with converting my personal into my hair account is that already having a bit of a following might help engagement at first and add a hint of credibility vs someone being hesitant to book with the 12 follower hair stylist. I really dont use my personal that much and wouldnt mind not having it anymore.

What do we think??

Where does the Jester thing come from in the wook community?

Ive always been curious about this but never really asked and havent been around a super long time. I saw a video of someone talking about embodying the jesters of the dmt realm and I was like yeah theres no way that has anything to do with it in the broader festival culture.

So, does it? Where do all these silly clows come from?

If you have never heard of Kuduro, I highly suggest you give this masterpiece of Angolan culture a listen!

Bandcamp Link: https://shop.mentalgroove.ch/album/jess-crabbe-presents-bazzerk

Every time I come back to this album it brings me to tears as I shake my ass off in my kitchen. So much soul and raw energy imbued in these tracks. I hope this sub can enjoy its beauty 🫶

Tracks 2,3,4,6,13,15,19,21, and ESPECIALLY that closing track are some of the most mindbendingly awesome tracks Ive heard in my life.

Scents in a similar vein to Otherwhere by The Nue Co?

I got a sample pack from the nue co expecting to love their forest lungs but ended up finding it overly smoky and warm. Their other scents Us and Water Therapy very much reminded me of cheap body spray haha.

Otherwhere on the other hand I absolutely fell in love with! Notes according to their website are; Myrrh, Oud, Olibanum Incense, Pink Pepper, Juniper Berry, Cardomom, and a lovely almondy caramel type sweetness that is not overpowering. It's honestly one of the best things Ive ever smelled. From my research it seems this would classify as a "skin" scent? Not sure really. Im super new to this whole world of scents. Im probably just going to keep buying Otherwhere but would still love to explore some other brands in case I might be missing something even better. Unisex leaning slightly masc preferred.

Is there any way this loc can be saved???

This one has been getting thinner and thinner with ever increasing breakage in this spot since I got my locs installed, probably because I cant fucking stop fidgeting with it. (I know)

Is there any way I can save it? Would it be possible for a loctician to cut it off at the thin spot and reattach it like it was an extension? Any other options? Lmk peeps

Looking for a decently fuel efficient, winter capable/4wd, non-american vehicle. Keep it cheap and used!

•I live in Colorado so I really need something that can handle the winters and not get me stuck on unpaved trails in the summer.

•Need it to be a reliable commuter car that wont cost me an arm and a leg in gas money to do my commute every day.

•Cant recall exactly what theyre called, but those hybrids that have a 50 mile or so battery then switch over to gas sound AWESOME if I can attain something like that for a reasonable price. Is that just a plug in hybrid? Definitely not a requirement but would be really nice to have. Probably worth stretching my budget for unless yall think otherwise.

•Trying to keep it as cheap as possible but obviously dont want a total beater. Im hesistant to give a specific budget as I want to know all the options, but I would say less than $20k. Might be able to stretch higher for something I know will last a long time.

•I have a personal vendetta against american cars, please don't reccomend me one unless you think it's REALLY GOOD.

•Good sound system is a huge bonus

So far ive been thinking a rav4/corolla cross or honda crv sound like the ideal options, but am super open to hearing more opinions and ideas! The hyundai kona may also be a good choice as I can get a newer one for a good price. A wagon could be cool too but definitely no smaller than that. I have a lexus nx300 in the family and I really think that thing is close to perfect, but it is definitely out of my price range.

Thanks for any help yall <3

Is there a name for the draaimolen/ouroborus style of techno? What is the history of it?

Hope the title makes sense. I've really been enjoying stuff from artists like woody92, Yasei, Aa sudd, Fetus, Azu Tiwaline, etc. on labels blue night jungle, Animalia, traverse, and especially mirror zone. All of the weird plasticy psychedelic stuff with rythms and bpms all over the place.

I really just want to learn more about this scene, as an American it's something I have never interacted with at all. Where did this sound come from? How long has it been around? Who are the pioneers and the front runners? It seems to be really popping out of small dutch and french towns which is fascinating to me. Please knowledgeable friends tell me everything!

edit: thank you guys for all the responses! This was one of those posts where I was worried Id be left with my questions unanswered lol
