Xgimi Halo (Original) Wi-Fi dropping every 5 minutes

In Nov 2024 I bought a Halo 2nd hand with no issues until recently where I have had no end of issues. The WiFi disconnects and reconnects. I had issues from a year ago where it would disconnect for 10 seconds but once a night. Now It can go through phases of connection and disconnect every other second (no exaggeration). Has anyone any ideas? There has to be a way for Xgimi to sort this out. Not a cheap device!!!!!

Found out my admiral little box was not plugged in properly

I passed 2 weeks ago and have had a black box for 1 week. This morning I noticed a lack of a blue LED on the plug. I pushed it into the 12V and it came back on.

Do you think I should call admiral and let them know so I don't get penalised?

Sonos Move 2. Best speaker I've used. Worst experience though.

I'm hoping someone can tell me if this is a hardware fault or an over talked about app fault.

Every single time I open the app, there are no devices found. When I update the system with the WiFi it says to try again.

The speaker before the problems was the best ever. Honestly I'm new to Sonos and I was impressed but this is shedding a bad light on such an expensive product.

Any ideas?

I passed on 2nd try!

I did not expect this. But I give credit to my instructor. A banana I ate before. And the members of this sub Reddit Who have shared their experiences and fails and passes. I silently learned off all of you.

I know it's 2 days late but don't matter.

Worried about Hastings YouDrive black box.

Hi all. I passed my test today and spent £2100 (😱😱😰) on a Hastings YouDrive black box policy as was cheapest. I have my phone loose in my door and I am over worrying about the non phone usage rule. I don't want it being in my door and moving about to affect my score.

How sensitive is the black box? Because I don't want to be marked down much!

Thanks!

I failed a test and am worried about failing again.

I have a test on Saturday and I failed on 20th May (I got cancellation lucky). I made the same mistake that failed me on a lesson today. I am now worried that I will make other mistakes and let myself down because it really hurt last fail. All my mates are passing first time and I'm under pressure for career reasons and other misc reasons. Idk I think I'm just anxious but more than the first time.

Seeing friend's games on my own xbox even after reset.

I have an Xbox Series S and I bought an Xbox One S from a friend. He reset it and gave it to me. Ever since. Games that he owns (even still buys) appears on my owned games on both of my Xbox consoles. On my account. Any ideas, I am so confused.

I am using a mid-2012 MBP daily!

I scored a mid 2012 MBP i5, 12gb ram, 256gb SSD for £35 GBP and I OCLPed Ventura on it. You know? This machine runs better than some of my 2020s Windows 11 native PCs. New to Mac but im a tinckerer and I love it. Writing this post on that machine rn.

I do fancy a new Air (maybe when M6 releases, (PLEASE ADD PROMOTION TO THE AIR PLEASEEEEE)

What's the best way to look for swaps?

There are so many paid services for swaps and cancellations and I failed yesterday so kind of desperate for another. Any recommendations?

Failed for the silliest thing :(

I am so gutted. I would have passed if I had checked around the car one more time on the silly pull up on the right manoeuvre and reverse 2 car lengths. Needed this pass too :(

Hey all. My MBP 2012 has this chip with I identified as a memory power control chip. This Mac has no power whatsoever but the RAM is hot and so is this chip. The magsafe light is green too.

Could it be a simple resoulder job?

TIA!

I've had my Home Hub 1st gen for a few years now. Loved it at first, thought it was so cool to have. Now I want to smash it up whenever I use it. Take this, this morning I had an alarm set and I said 'Hey Google, stop' 30 seconds later it decided it didn't recognise 'stop' and carried on the alarm even though I saw it heard stop because of the screen. This happened 3 times. It's the same for light control. Like what's the point? I just got a Sonos Move 2 with Alexa and moving to that full time. Seriously. Is it just my faulty device. I do have Gigabit speeds here so I know it ain't that!
