I tend to notice direction/cinematography in movies more than anything, while my boyfriend is much more focused on the writing.

I'm looking for movies we can watch together and go through what we each notice and what works/doesn't work for us both.

I think having some that have either strong direction or writing would give us more chances to point out good and weak moments (but any recs for films that would be good for this kind of analysis are welcome!)

I've found a jacket that I've been wanting for ages as it's a piece of merch from a band I love, and it's listed for about 1/3 of the price I've seen it anywhere else.

After noticing the websites URL (cowar dot purship dot work) and the logo at the top of the page (hot cakes) don't match up, I went looking for more info to find out if it's legit.

I found some info on the domain via a Whois search, but I don't know what most of it means lmao.

Another red flag was that when I went to the checkout just to see how much shipping would be, I saw at the total "配送料無料オプション (配送料無料)", which translates to "Free Shipping Option (Free Shipping)". The registrant contact info I found says they're based in IL, USA.

I really want this jacket to be the real deal, and I'm pretty tempted to get it even if it is a knockoff, but I would love to hear other peoples thoughts on how sus it is first. Thank you!!

He said he likes more psychological stuff, but also can't cope with overly tense movies that put him on edge. He's also an English Lit student, so interesting writing/themes/subtext are all appreciated!

In the past he's liked Battle Royale, Ready Or Not, and Alice In Borderland.

I think he would like Cube, and he thought Get Out and Obsession sounded very interesting to him, but too tense/scary for him.
