Little gremlin named Leny
Out for a stroll to the park. He's 3 and a little character.
Amazing Gothic Cathedral and Apartment building $1.2mil
Cathedral ceilings? Oh Yeah. A big ass bell that you decide when it rings?
>The property consists of the former St. Michael the Archangel rectory, middle school, and church building, creating a unique hospitality and event campus with exceptional adaptive reuse potential.
Leny is pure joy
He's almost 3 years old and I got him from a rescue a year ago. He's still pretty shy of people and big dogs but he's Mr. confident around the house and on walks.
Low tide at the off leash dog beach
The white one is a 7 year old tripod but she has spirit.
We try to go when there's a negative low tide so there is more sandy beach exposed, but they love the smells of the clams, dead crabs, seaweed. This is at a designated off leash dog beach in Edmonds Washington.
This game was my life from 1998-2003, still play periodically
We moved from CA to OH and a tech savvy uncle gave me this game as a sympathy gift.
I only ever had 28.8kps modem connection due to the lines in rural Ohio, and we lived too far for DSL, and no cable. I still remember the moment, sitting there in buttcrack ohio (between Keene and New Bedford OH), and I'd been playing with a guy for 4+ hours and he said he had to go to bed, but it was like noon where I was so I asked where he was playing from, he was in......Norway, blew my 1998 mind.
The game was the wild west, every scam in the book, thieves, murderers, full loot.
I had all kinds of elaborate macros training characters or harvesting resources or timing house decay while I was at school or sleeping, and sold gold, houses, and accounts on Ebay at the time.
I still play private servers every couple years. The original game is still live but they've changed it so much, the private servers target to specific patches from back in the day.
The vast majority of the people still playing are 40+ but some have their kids playing.
Mountain service road hike in northern California
Did a road trip from Seattle to San Francisco down the coast and back up through Mount Shasta with the dogs and this was one of the places we stopped in Humboldt county near the coast outside Crescent City.
Mauna Kea, Big Island, Hawaii
We went to the visitor center and then hiked up the nearest hill which gives a 270 degree view of the sky, with a sea of clouds below.
Photos are with an older gen Google Pixel. It is a spectacular place. It does get cold, the temp was below 40F while lower elevation was 80+.
Elevation was around 9,400 feet and we didn't go all the way up to the top, the rental car contract says do not go above the visitor center.
A lot of people just go for the sunset and then leave lol and then the stars just gradually start multiplying and you can see the milky way and tons of stars.
Burden on you to locate missing checked bag
How is there no automated mechanism to flag when your checked bag doesnt arrive at your destination and contact you? I can see in the app it was loaded on the first plane and then nothing at our transfer and it didn't arrive at our destination.

We landed at 11pm and our checked luggage wasn't on the plane. Their phone support was closed, the gate person couldn't do anything and told us to call the number the next day.

Gets a bit more complicated since we don't live at the destination, they said they could send it to the destination airport this afternoon but we only flew out of there to leave our dogs with a relative while we went on vacation, but picked them up and are 2 hours into a 3 hour drive home right now. Seems the burden is entirely on us to figure out where it is and how to get it.
