Made sushi for the first time in a couple years.
My husband isn't a huge fan of sushi, so every time he goes on a business trip, I go and buy like $50 or so of sushi-grade fish from H-Mart and go ham.
I've got cured sake, izumidai, and saba sashimi, sake temaki (also with thin slices of lemon because I love that shit), and negitoro don. And...drinkable sake, of course.
I wish I could take credit for the lovely slices of saba and izumidai, but those were done by the store.
(Please be gentle---I know it's far from perfect, but it makes me happy)
