Blend body percussion, fluid movement, and fascia-focused exercises to help release tension, improve mobility, awaken coordination, and reconnect with your body through ✨rhythm and flow✨
Please bring a mat, comfortable clothes, and water!
The workshop will run from 5:00pm to 6:30pm. Refreshments and light snacks will be served at the end.

Major Tom Cat is the creation of Nemo Gould, a Bay Area kinetic sculpture artist teaming up with MOAH on a special exhibition from July 25th – September 27th.
As always, admission is free and open to all ages! MOAH is open from 11am to 4pm, Friday – Sunday. Additionally, a special opening party will take place on July 25th, from 4pm to 7pm. We hope to see you there!

Rescue birds are looking for their forever families! Come interact with birds and make a toy or two for the birds to play with!
