Interested in interpretations of a macrocosmic view of astrology

Hello everyone. I have recently been interested in macrocosmic/ timeline/ historical perspectives on astrology.

To illustrate what I am talking about. Let’s imagine a timeline (this can start at the beginning of life on earth or even simply at the big bang) until now, and then continuing up until an unspecified point in the future (you can choose this)

How would this timeline be illustrated symbolically through astrology?

Does astrology coincide with different big “era’s” of history? Does it predict or have things to say about future waves of humanity?

Are there any books or YouTube videos/ other resources on these kinds of topics? I really just want to have a side by side analysis of astrology with culture, history, evolution, etc.

Any help with this topic would be much appreciated.

Best books of all time

Hi.
Im interested in philosophy, culture, mythology, archetypes, neuroscience, human behavior, emotions, the female experience, meaning, Neuromorphic ai, theories of anything and everything. Underlying structures of reality. Etc.

I want the books that pack the biggest punch so to speak. The most bang for your buck. The most information coded in conciseness.
Books that will vastly enrich my phenomenal experience upon reading them, and will contribute spectacularly to my knowledge bank.

Basically, the best books of all time. Non fiction I guess, but that’s not strict at all. Use your judgement. I would just love all of your recommendations.

Putting this in the gifted subreddit because I’m a major lurker and know this is where the good stuff is.

Looking for words in any language that are associated with the concepts of “transcendence” or the idea of ultimate divinity.

Preferably something that would work as name, or has some interesting backstory. Trying to name a character in a book. Any help would be really appreciated. 🙏

Help me in worldbuilding a sci-fi university set in Vilnius

So, I’m writing a book that has a sort of alternate universe worldbuilding, set in Vilnius in about 6 or 7 years (joke not intended)

However, this world is a sort of utopian one, following a global revolution ( I know people have mixed opinions on this, it’s meant to be a sort of thought experiment)

Anyways, what I’m asking about, is that I want to write that in this au of Vilnius, there is a storytelling university. For writers of any genre, who want to learn how to tell a good story. I want this campus to be kind of dark academia style, very pretty.
Also a walkable town vibe, kind of inspired by anarcho syndicalist/ some European communities where you can find everything you need within a 15 min walk.

Also, this campus needs to be able to have been feasibly built within 5 years. I was thinking since a lot of the city is already very beautiful, maybe some of the campus would be repurposed buildings that are no longer used (such as embassies)

Anyways this work is very experimental, and I’m being very brief in explaining it. The point is, I want location recommendations on where it could be set. Close to city center or good transport links to there preferable. Somewhere pretty. I don’t want to destroy any historical sites, rather integrate into it. I don’t mind bulldozing ugly brutalist style or corporate buildings and building something in its stead, but then again I would have to consider feasibility of something being built within 5 years (post world shift)
Even with a very dedicated and large team building it.

Thank you! Any tips appreciated.

Is there any way to stop anxiety somatically/ without medication?

I definitely have either anxiety or OCD, I’m at the beginning of my doctors journey since I only recently opened up to my family about my mental health.

I live every day with this constant sense of low level anxiety. It’s so stressful being in my own brain.
I feel it in my stomach a lot as well. I can never get rid of that feeling that my stomach is holding so much anxiety and I don’t know how to release it.
To the point that I literally have Crohn’s disease. And yes I know that autoimmune disorders and stuff like that is contested on whether or not it’s caused by mental health, I don’t really want to get into that right now, but I think living in a constant extreme fight or flight my whole life definitely helped with developing this illness.

I tried propranolol but it messes with my heart so I can’t really do that.

I’m very hesitant to go on something like Prozac. Idk. Also it would take weeks to work too and I’m currently away from my doctors as well.

I’m just wondering like, is there any sort of exercise release that I can do? Breathing exercises, stretching, somatic work. I will try anything.

I find myself constantly going on my phone to avoid sitting with myself because it’s so painful.

Added context if it helps.

I’m an INFJ 4w5, I tend to be in the realm of the theoretical. The future, the past, possibilities, my projects, people, systems, etc. I do ground myself very often and practice being present/ yoga and stuff.

I’m still learning how to discern and distinguish between regular thinking in my way and rumination/ thought loops/ mental compulsions to deal w intrusive thoughts.

I made a half joking list earlier today on what triggers me. It was basically this
- every mistake I’ve ever made
- every embarrassing thing I’ve ever done
- current and maybe even past problems
- potential future problems
- all my social interactions ever
- how much progress I’m making on my work/ life

Stuff like that.
I feel like the problem is the anxiety itself though. It’s like it’s looking for problems for me to have to constantly solve.

Any advice would be much appreciated

I’m an INFJ 4w5 471 sx/so

Been working on my typology recently, trying to get to a place where I feel satisfied in its accuracy.

It was INTJ 4w3 471, then INTJ 4w5 471, then briefly INTJ 4w5 478, then
INFJ 4w5 478, then, finally,

INFJ 4w5 471 sx/so

I’ve been doing as much research as I can, but there’s not a huge amount of info on this combination. Anyone who can tell me anything about this would be much appreciated.

If anyone is similar, has a similar experience, knows of anyone similar, knows any info regarding this typology or similar typologies, or even wants to be friends, leave a comment :)
