long story short, my family used my credit cards ($20k) and promised to pay me back but didn't and I suspect they can't/won't

i try to live more frugally (cooking, not going out to bars/clubs) so I can live in a decent safe neighborhood, but I was already pushing the limits of my budget. I fear taking a loan or trying to pay off the debt myself would significantly lower my quality of life - I mostly just gym and hang out with friends at their apartments, more of a homebody - but if I attempt a loan/pay off the credit card debt, I'm basically looking at being a total hermit

I'm looking into a withdrawing from my Roth 401k to cover, so I have two questions?

1.) If I'm understanding this right, I can only take tax free on my contributions, and then the 10% penalty hits on everything else. 401k is up 20%, so I don't seem as fazed.

2.) Are there any other options you would suggest to get out of this debt quick? I fear it's just gonna keep on growing and its already causing me heavy anxiety everyday

Last summer I went for Kendrick and The Weeknd tours and I missed out on a lot of fire works and some of the screen. yeah Kanye's stage is in the middle, but im sure there's gonna be crazy lasers

basically, at the end of my 2017 Intel MBP's life,my biggest issue was storage. a huge portion was due to system updates and system files. this time around, I'd like to just avoid that issue all together. do you think the base 512GB MBA would be good, or would 1TB be better?

i'd ideally keep this laptop for around a decade. (wishful thinking but my 2017 Intel only died because of the battery and I figured I should upgrade)

I would mainly use it in descending order: djing, photo editing, and then maybe some coding/AI workshops bootcamps to brush up my technical skills for a new job. (if it helps, I'm planning on getting the 16GB, but not opposed to a 32GB)

if somehow I need to upgrade to a pro (doubt it) I'll just give this laptop to my girlfriend for her more causal purposes

I'm going to Lolla and she's gonna conflict with Olivia Dean. I like Jennie more, but if she gave the same effort as at Coachella last year, then I think I'll pass. but if it was a great performance where she doesn't get tired or lip sync a lot, then I'll go.

also curious as a general Blackpin fan (down on Lisa and Rose, high on Jisoo and Jennie rn)

I went to his EDC set, and fell in love with his particular type of EDM - a full cohesive and introspective album front to back (while sometimes other albums can feel moreso like playlists)

Coachella and EDC revitalized my love of EDM, so hoping to get back in it

not really into melodic dubstep any more though, or like the wook dubstep I've realized this time around
