milsbo tall shelf mods?

i recently set up a milsbo tall cabinet, and my philodendron melanochrysum is already outgrowing the shelving the cabinet came with, so i need to install some new shelving

where do you all buy alternate shelving for your milsbo? i found a shop on etsy but thought id come here for recommendations as well! looking for triangular shelves specifically and mounting peg boards for smaller rectangular shelves

my 4” var. billie reverted so i took a leap of faith and chopped it, then went through the 5 stages of grief that happen with plant propagation. she grew two nodes very quickly and has put out a half moon and an almost half moon! so relieved 🪴😅

anxious about making noise in my own apartment

i just moved into a new apartment on the top floor after a long legal battle over noise from my upstairs neighbors in my old apartment. i’ve always been anxious about making noise in my own apartment, but now that i’m out of the triggering environment, my anxiety is somehow even worse. every floor creak beneath my feet, quick vacuum, my cat playing, etc. makes me so worried that i’m bothering my downstairs neighbors/causing them distress, since i’m incredibly sensitive to overhead impact noise myself

does anyone else deal with this? like anticipatory anxiety over how others may react to your noise level? my previous downstairs neighbor said she thought no one lived in my unit for months because i was so quiet, but the worry still hasn’t gone away. i feel like i jump through mental hoops to justify any noise im making, even if its vacuuming or walking (i walk on my tiptoes and always have, so no heal to toe stomping), because im essentially mentally convinced *everyone* is as sensitive to noise as me

any advice/support welcome, or commiseration so i know im not alone in having these thoughts

hi everyone, apologies if this isn’t the right sub / this has been asked before. i’m a tenant, and my housing situation has been absolutely detrimental to my health due to my disability. i obtained an attorney, and my case is (fingers crossed) almost over

my attorney has been an incredible advocate for me and so empathetic/transparent throughout the entire process. i want to give him a thank you gift, but not sure if that’s appropriate / what the best gift would be. he’s at quite a small firm, so i was thinking about a handwritten note and maybe a gift basket for the office?

any thoughts much appreciated 🫶🏻
