I don't know how you all managing with highlighting red! Super fun scheme to work with though, really happy with the end result.
This guy was super fun to paint
Hi all,
I've been playing my second game of TI as the resistance, my first game I was squarely beaten by the other factions in the space economy race and subsequently routed by the aliens on Earth.
This time has gone much better, It's early 2031 and I have control of the western EU, USA, China and Russia with HF in India and the Servants left to claw for scraps. I've also focused much more into the space economy and was first to establish mines on the Moon, Mars, Ceres and the belt.
I'm not really sure where to go from here though, I'm still trying to obtain an alien corpus on Earth having not detected any aliens yet and I'm currently building a missile monitor fleet for the defence of Earth, although these ships are quite hampered by my drive tech and wouldn't be any good for interplanetary travel.
Should I be pushing out to meet the aliens in space or consolidating further on Earth and adopting a defensive stance to further build up my space economy? I feel good about where I am on Earth and my space economy is bringing in sufficient resources to support fleet expansion.
Any tips on general strategy or how the game develops from here would be greatly appreciated, this is all very new to me!
