Thoughts?

Got this in the mail today. Inclined to say yes but wanted to see how others were thinking about it. On the one hand I think social media is ruining kids (and everyone's) attention spans and brain chemical regulation, on the other hand I'm assuming one would need to validate their age by showing ID or something in order to use these apps which is a privacy concern. Also how much govt involvement we want in our day to day lives. Personally I only have Reddit and YouTube.

DAO helps immediate reaction but I still get a "hangover" headache the next day

So as title says, if I take dao enzyme with higher histamine foods it relieves my usual heart palpitations/shortness of breath/brain fog/tiredness after eating, BUT I will still get what I've affectionately begun calling a "hangover headache" the next day. Painkillers will not get rid of it. I just have to wait it out. Usually it goes away between 2 and 3pm but sometimes it lasts the entire day. Anyone else experiencing this? Any luck getting rid of the headaches?

I've tried quercetin, l glutamine, magnesium, vit c, zinc carnosine, antihistamines, & famotidine. Nothing can touch these annoying headaches.

Exchanging numbers timeline

Finally got a match after a very quiet month, chatted on and off yesterday with him, feels like a good connection, he had asked if I'm down to text. I don't have any social media/WhatsApp/Snapchat to move to and it wouldn't surprise me if he didn't either. What are your parameters for exchanging numbers with regards to a timeline/how long do you wait?

Maybe it's not new but I've never heard of it, its called Blexten/bilastine, has anyone tried it? Cetirizine makes me drowsy and causes stomach burning so she suggested this one but I thought I'd ask around before I try it out. Typically loratidine works best for me with the least amount of side effects.

I had a lip ring for 20 years and retired it about 5 months ago, unfortunately the hole has closed up on the inside of the lip but not the outside. What can I do to get it to disappear? I've heard cosmetic surgery is the only option? I was thinking about getting it pierced again in the exact same place so the inside of the hole is fresh and raw again, then removing the piercing and letting it heal shut. Would that work?

Apologies for my pores here haha.
