can someone please tell me if my hornworm is pupating or just dying? 😞

sequential photos, most recent picture is the last one.

as much as i’m trying to be optimistic, at this point, i’ll be more surprised by good news than by bad news :(

This was years ago, probably like 2015 or something. I barely remember it but it was basically a nerdy girl who ended up with this boy and they were searching for a lunchbox with a speaker/ microphone on it that a student lost. This special lunchbox was noted to smell like "bologna."

They also made a point of how "nerdy" she was. I think the whole name of the book (or series) had the word "nerd" or "geek" in it.

In the beginning of the book, protagonist girl is at the library and says something to the effect of "Do you happen to have any books on the order of Rodentia?" to a tired-looking librarian. Text next to the girl said "This was [her namel's attempt at being less nerdy."

It was weird and funny and I miss it!! A couple other notable/weird moments (may) include:

-Boy eating cotton candy out of an evidence bag they had collected

-Joke about how some kid would need a tylenol after getting hit on the head with cement..?

-Guide on how to draw the characters in some editions.

Thanks in advance!!!
