Why do guys want to move to Instagram?

I've had it happen multiple times already. And they're not guys who have the IG handle in their profile, I instantly swipe left on those. Not interested in becoming just another follower to boost their ego.

But I don't understand the "normal" (as in: not wannabe influencers) men who don't seem to be trying to grow a following? Is it just more convenient to talk over there?

I'm just confused, maybe some guys here know the reason behind this?

My first AEON build ever!!

I literally gasped when I saw this LOL. I rerolled the body piece recently to get to the 200 Spd mark (it was a HUGE gamble but it paid off... I lost ~3% crit dmg and gained 2 additional Spd that I was missing for the 200 bench mark.

(also ignore that Huohuo is at E1... I know thanks to her E1 Spd boost SW was reaching 200 Spd in combat anyway but I believe Huohuo isn't a permanent part of this team, so I wanted SW to get there sooner or later anyway!)

All for the gamer lord!

The power of vertical investment: my F2P account with scuffed builds and suboptimal gameplay.

I can include the builds but they're not really something to write home about. I don't even have max traces on Sparkle or Archer (to my own surprise lol).

SPD is scuffed on most of them. Since this is an alt account, I haven't been farming relics everyday. So I gotta get by with what I have.

[Routine Help] What can you ACTUALLY do against oily skin?

I just want to cry. The solution everyone is bringing up for oily skin - niacinamide - actually makes my skin feel even worse after a few hours. I didn't even go out today, it's worse after a day at work.

I tried moisturizer after, no moisturizer, no toner, with toner. It always ends up the same. Nasty oily skin with all my make up (which I'm barely using due to my skintype) gone or all over the place.

I want to use make up so badly, but I can't even apply foundation without my skin looking straight up disgusting after just a few hours. Anyone got an idea why it isn't doing what it's supposed to do? Is it the concentration? The other additives? I'm currently using OT's 10% serum.

Frage zum Einführungslehrgang (Referendariat/OLG Köln)

Hallo ihr Lieben!

Vielleicht bin ich einfach zu blöd oder es steht einfach wirklich nirgends: An wie vielen Tagen pro Woche findet der Einführungslehrgang statt? Ich stehe kurz vor dem Ref und würde gerne für die weitere Planung ungefähr wissen, mit wie vielen freien Tagen ich ungefähr rechnen kann. Das einzige, was ich finden kann, ist "mehrmals" pro Woche... :')

Und so weit ich sehe ist für den Rest der Zivilstation nur 1 AG-Tag vorgesehen und ein Arbeitstag am AG/LG.
