Would anyone here be down to help me learn Renoise?

I'm seriously struggling to learn this it takes an hour or more to get any simple thing done and Googling doesn't really help and tutorial videos from YouTube will start in a way that assumes you already have the knowledge to do what they're doing. I don't know how to explain but I got the idea of someone willing to teach me a lil. I'm trying to learn on MacBook and so far I have barely done shit I made a song from the Renoise official tutorial videos and now I'm trying to make something else and it's just like I don't have the knowledge to know what I'm doing and don't know where to begin

Can anyone provide good tutorial videos?

Besides the ones on the Renoise website. I just want as many videos to watch so I can feel like I'm actually grasping this

Severe constipation that I do not believe is actually a gastroenterological problem but need a doctor to help me I don't have answers (please read my entire post because it is very complex) Bloodwork provided in post as well. 26F

I am 26 F, 128 lbs, 5'5 feet, no health conditions. I want to start this by saying that my current symptom is severe constipation for the last 2 months that requires laxatives every few days since bowel movement does not happen on its own at all anymore. However, this happened to me for the first time in my life 2 years ago that started with many other unrelated symptoms, and they all resolved at the same time out of nowhere with no obvious reason. It went on for over a year and resolved one day out of nowhere. I was symptom-free for over a year. Now, the constipation is happening again and I need a professional to try to see what this is. Any help or input is very valuable to me. Here is what happened to me the first time around: I went through a period of anxiety that caused me to undereat for a couple months and lose some weight. After this couple months of undereating, my symptoms began severe constipation, amenorrhea, cold intolerance, somewhat frequent urination, and hair stopped growing and eventually resolved together seemingly out of nowhere a year and a half later, now constipation is returning after another weight loss, this time 40 pounds over 6 months. I will note that these problems went on well after I started eating normally again. The undereating stopped after a couple months while the symptoms persisted for a year and a half. I eventually was told I just had IBS. Constant GI appointments and treatments did not solve my problem whatsoever. I lost my period for all of this time, didn't get it for a year and a half with only about 2 random times somewhere in there. I became extremely sensitive to cold especially at night to the point of inability to sleep without being covered in an electric heated blanket. I want to note that I did NOT have anorexia at this time if it sounds like that is what was going on. I actually was gaining weight and eating normally. My hair stopped growing. During this time, I also peed very frequently at night, getting up several times. Every night it was the same thing: extreme cold and then frequent peeing, both causing me to wake up throughout the night. I urinated more during the day as well, but not abnormally frequent. Just compared to now, I peed several more times in a day than I do now despite water consumption being the same. Also, I have no symptoms, bloodwork, or family history of diabetes. So there was no blood sugar issues or diabetes present. An important part of this is to say again that I did not undereat or have weight loss during all of these symptoms for over a year, it just happened to start after a couple months of undereating and losing about 10 pounds. Due to all these symptoms, I do not believe my severe constipation is a stomach problem at all, and a GI doctor cannot fix this. My bloodwork during this period was considered more or less normal by my doctors, nobody was concerned. However, I'm going to share it here because there are abnormalities I want someone else to see. This is my bloodwork from the time that I was experiencing all of these symptoms. My recent bloodwork shows no abnormalities, however it was right before this constipation started again. It was about 4 months ago, but I'm not sharing it because everything was normal. My A1c now is 5.2 and at that time was 5.4 in case anyone is wondering because I don't believe A1C is on the specific report I'm providing here. After more than a year, several seemingly unrelated symptoms resolved all around the same time with no apparent reason. I went to the bathroom every single day, my period came back. This time around, however, I'm currently still getting my period. Also, my diet and water intake has not changed. This is where I stopped ever thinking of myself as having IBS. I don't believe that for a second anymore. I'm posting this for anyone to please provide any opinion on this; anything is helpful to me. I also want to know what specialist do I even see for this issue? What do I do? I have read about something with the hypothalamus/pituitary apparently causing amenorrhea and other symptoms, but I obviously don't have the medical knowledge to do anything with that information. I just want to mention that here. However, I don't understand how these symptoms persisted despite regular eating and weight gain. I also never was underweight. Why did all of these symptoms happen to me and then resolve at the same time for no apparent reason? I have no health conditions, just bipolar disorder. Is this hormonal, neurological? I know this can't be diagnosed over Reddit, I just want anyone's opinion. So, here is bloodwork. Thank you to anyone for reading. I'm providing the second photo of my bloodwork below

If UVA is what causes aging and not UVB, does this mean I need to wear sunscreen all day as long as the sun is out? [Sun care]

I've read that UVB becomes low towards the end of the day and sunscreen isn't really necessary. But that UVA rays are what actually cause aging, whereas UVB causes sunburn and cancer. I have read that UVA rays are not like UVB, they remain consistently at the same level for as long as the sun is out. Does this mean I need to actually wear sunscreen all day until the sun sets? I drive home from work every day where the UVB is low, but the angle of the sun directly hits my face

Are my heart palpitations benign? I have recent cardiology concerns that my doctor found 26F

hi 26F, 130 lbs, about a month ago, my primary doctor heard a heart murmur at my carotids that he said sounded "diastolic, like thickening of aortic valve". anyway I got a CT scan of my carotids and everything was normal. I got an echocardiogram last week that hasn't been checked out yet. now, my cardiologist has me on a Holter monitor for a week due to my dizziness and heart palpitations, which was the initial complaint that made my doctor listen to my heart in the first place. would anyone mind giving me their opinion on my heart palpitations? what happens is, my heart will usually skip a beat and flutter if that's the right word, and I notice it happen a lot if I start speaking or singing, or during laughter. when it happens, I almost pass out. it happened the other day while I was driving and I suddenly felt like I was going to black out, then my heart started beating again and i had to pull over because I felt lightheaded and nauseated. I have never actually fainted, and I also have times where it happens but I don't feel like I'm going to faint. it feels like I got the wind knocked out of me like it hurts a little bit and, i get the urge to cough and like I cant breathe for a second when it happens

The creature at my cousin's birthday party

This is a true story from when I was 5 years old. it was the day of my cousin's birthday party, and we were doing it in my backyard. for a visual, my backyard is a normal just square-shaped backyard, decent size, and we had one tree in the corner of the backyard near the fences. so, I remember this day clearly because it was absolutely terrifying and I have never experienced anything like this since in my whole life. I am not a believer in the paranormal for the most part. so, my family and I were having a celebration for my cousin outside. my dad was grilling and we had two tables that we were eating at. I remember my whole family and I were outside eating and talking, and some point into the party, my mom looked up at our tree and screamed. our tree was pretty tall, and it didn't have branches going up it. in other words, you couldn't climb the tree. my mom screamed and we all looked up at the tree. I will never forget what I saw for the rest of my life. there was some kind of creature sitting at the top of the tree staring at us. it was black and had huge, white/yellowish eyes. it looked almost human, but the way it was crouched and the way it moved did not look human. I remember feeling in my body that it wasn't a human being. it didn't look like any animal I could ever recognize. the best I can describe it is like a black skinwalker crouching in our tree. it was the scariest part of this was its eyes. i have never seen eyes like that; it had these huge, bright eyes like lights staring at us like a demon. these eyes were so bright and piercing that it wasn't the eyes of an animal. I felt in my soul that this thing was evil. I don't know if it planned to hurt us or what it even wanted. it had been watching us the whole party. at this point, my dad screamed for all of the kids to get inside, and he ran in and got his machete (he didn't have a gun). I remember standing looking outside at my sliding glass door screaming and crying. it was still watching us, then when my dad ran out with the machete, the creature leapt, not jumped, it literally leapt like a mixture between a jump and straight up flying. it leapt into the next backyard and most likely just hauled ass off somewhere. we called the police and they couldn't do anything. my family and I talked to all of our neighbors the next day (this happened in the evening and we were horrified), and looked at the news for it, and nothing. we literally never heard anyone ever mention this creature. nobody else saw it. and to this day, each family member and I all saw the same thing. I have never heard anyone tell a story of them experiencing what we experienced that day, and nobody I have ever told this story to in my region saw it. I have never experienced anything supernatural/paranormal in my whole life besides this. I still think about this all the time and wonder what it was. any ideas?

Doctor heard "murmur at carotids" please help me understand?

im 26F, 125 pounds, no health conditions, perfect bloodwork. I was seeing my doctor a few days ago about bouts of lightheadedness/dizziness and dim vision I've been getting recently only in the last week or so. he listening to my carotids and in his words to the other doctor, heard "a murmur that is diastolic and sounds like thickening of aortic valve". I'm really scared seeing what is on google about this. am I ok? I don't know what to think. I'm very healthy and exercise almost every day of my life. They ordered ct scan of my carotids, but should I ask to get an echocardiagram too? please help me know I'm ok

Why did I develop bipolar when my parents and none of my grandparents have it?

I thought it was mostly genetic, so why did I develop it? I started showing symptoms as a teenager about 16/17 years old. I can't think of anyone in my family that has it. My brother has some issues but I don't know that he has bipolar, so I'm not sure what to think. I want to understand why I developed it so I can know my condition better and how to help myself if I can figure if it was from trauma or something because I did have a very traumatic childhood
