Fined $1000 for "parking near traffic light" while literally waiting for the signal to turn green.

I found a ₹1000 challan from an automated ITMS camera at the Indiranagar 12th Main junction.
The description says "PARKING NEAR TRAFFIC LIGHT / STOPPING ON ZEBRA CROSS."

I opened the proof photo, and to my surprise, I'm just waiting in traffic for the signal to turn green lol.
Even the tail light of my bike is on. But somehow l've parked my bike in no parking, even the zebra line is clearly ahead of me. 🤧

Does anyone know what I can do here? Is there a hassle-free way to dispute an automated camera error online, or has it happened with you guys before?

Edit: It's 1000 rupees not dollar, can't edit the title.

After trying different marinades, here's my 2 cents on making juicy air fried chicken every single time

After trying a bunch of different marinades, I found that the best ones all had these three things in common:

Fat + Spice + Acid

The fat helps keep the chicken moist, while the acid helps tenderize it. My favorite combination is yogurt + lemon juice for the acid and a little oil or butter for the fat. It consistently gives me juicy, flavorful air fried chicken.

One last tip: don't rush the marinade. Let the chicken rest for at least 1 hour, if you have more time, even better. Overnight works the best! Massage your chicken into the marinade as if you are a masseur.

Chicken Thighs and Drumsticks (Slides 1, 2, and 3):

Ingredients: Chicken thighs and drumsticks, yogurt, lemon juice, ginger-garlic paste, kashmiri lal mirch, kasuri methi, garam masala, chicken masala, turmeric, salt.

The Marinade: Coat the thighs in your yogurt, lemon juice, ginger-garlic paste (it's never too much), kashmiri lal mirch, kasuri methi, turmeric, garam masala, chicken masala and salt base. Let it sit for 1.5–2 hours at least to let the acid tenderize the meat fibers.

Cooking: Preheat the air fryer to 180°C. Cook the thighs for 15–18 minutes total, making sure to flip them exactly halfway through to get that perfect char on both sides. The chicken will automatically lose some fat oil and it'll get char on top. Squeeze some lemon juice before serving.

Gochujang Fried Chicken (Slide 4):

Ingredients: Chicken breast pieces, vinegar, lemon juice, peri peri masala, chicken masala, garam masala, ginger-garlic paste, small diced garlic, soy sauce, salt, beaten egg, crushed cornflakes, Gochujang paste, chopped onions, green chillies, oil

The Marinade: For the acid, I used vinegar and lemon juice, mixed with peri peri masala, chicken masala, garam masala, ginger-garlic paste, small diced garlic, soy sauce, and salt.

The Coating: To get that heavy crunch, I dipped the marinated chicken pieces into beaten egg first, and then coated them thoroughly with crushed cornflakes.

Cooking: Air fried at 180°C for 12–15 minutes to keep the inside perfectly juicy. Right after cooking, I tossed them into a hot pan with chopped onions, green chillies, and a low oil glaze made with Gochujang paste, soy sauce, vinegar, chilli sauce, tomato sauce, lil water. Cook it for a couple of minutes. Done!

Chilli Chicken (Slide 5):

Ingredients: Chicken breast pieces, vinegar, lemon juice, peri peri masala, chicken masala, garam masala, ginger-garlic paste, small diced garlic, soy sauce, salt, egg wash, cornflour slurry, green chillies, minced garlic, onions, veggies of your choice, chilli sauce, water

The Marinade (same as fried chicken): For the acid, I used vinegar and lemon juice, mixed with peri peri masala, chicken masala, garam masala, ginger-garlic paste, small diced garlic, soy sauce, and salt.

The Coating: Dipped the marinated chicken pieces in an egg wash and then gave them a clean coat with a cornflour slurry.

Cooking: Air fried at 180°C for 12–15 minutes. Once done, tossed them in a pan with a high heat reduction of green chillies, plenty of minced garlic, onions, veggies of your choice, and a chilli sauce, soy sauce, tomato sauce, lil bit of cornflour slurry and lil water. Cook for 2-3mins and done.

Crispy Nuggets (Slide 6):

Ingredients: Chicken breast cubes, vinegar, lemon juice, peri peri masala, chicken masala, garam masala, ginger garlic paste, small diced garlics, soy sauce, salt, stale bread, cornflour slurry

The Marinade (same as fried chicken): Vinegar and lemon juice for acid, peri peri masala, chicken masala, garam masala, ginger garlic paste, small diced garlics, soy sauce and salt.

The Coating: To get that perfect crunch, I used stale bread, roasted it for a bit until dry, crushed it up, and coated the marinated chicken pieces. First dip the chicken in a cornflour slurry and then coat it with bread.

Cooking: Air fry at 180°C for 12–15 minutes. Because chicken breast cubes cook incredibly fast. Done! Have them along with the dip of your choice.

Try them out and lmk how they turned out! Happy cooking, stay hydrated!!
