A drive to through the New Forest to Lymington (South England), for a spot of crabbing.
Kodak Portra 400 // Kodak Tri-X 400 + some tweaks to settings to suit. // Hobbyist, just capturing life + things I like.

I accidentally caught the eclipse on my dining room door. The sun has found a tiny gap in the curtains opposite and quietly painted a perfect little crescent onto the frame, as if it had decided my house deserved a private showing ✨☀️🌙
📸 Fuji X100VI || Reggie's Portra (I'm not shooting at the sun in the second picture, by the way - it's obscured by the curtain!)
I love having this little camera to hand.

My kitty, Winifred Beatrice. She is the most gentle and lovely cat you could ever meet.

Just home (back to England!) after celebrating our four years together with a trip to the Netherlands. F33, M55. We had an excellent time even if I (F) was on a second round of antibiotics for a nasty infection! Xx
Photos I like from my time in Rotterdam as part of a little Dutch adventure ~ August 2026. Various simulations / recipes + a few tweaks in LR where needed. Just having fun with the x100vi as a hobbyist.

Off on a well deserved city break! M55, F33. Celebrating our 4 years together. ♥️
A short wander around a nature reserve near my town. RAW + LR tweaks + 1/4 black mist filter.
M55, F33. Off out for dinner with friends (they are not an AGR couple).
Just coming up to our four years together! M55, F33. Just joined this forum; nice to be around others in an AGR as we don't know anyone else who is. We're from the south of the UK. 💖😁
My son was my model this morning. He asked if he could have a turn behind the camera. He took a few pictures of me, and I think he may have been dropping some not-so-subtle hints that he'd love a camera of his own for his 13th birthday or Christmas. Looks like I'd better start saving for a nice little DSLR.
Classic Neg + shadow tweaks + crop in LR.
Every few years, my relatives cross the Atlantic to meet the rest of us in England; back home. We gather somewhere wonderfully ordinary - a quintessential English pub this time - and marvel at the same things: how much taller the children are, how much older we all look, and how the years somehow seem both impossibly long and heartbreakingly short.
I tucked my X100VI into my handbag and quietly collected little moments. Just my boys with their great Nanny, my sisters laughing, my dad deep in conversation, hands wrapped around pint glasses of lager and lime+soda, the sort of photographs that become more precious with every passing year.
There are fewer of us around the table now. Two chairs that were full last time sat empty today, and no tiny new faces have arrived yet to claim them. Families are forever growing and shrinking in ways we never quite expect.
I didn't take photo number three - that one is me.
Just a handful of ordinary moments on an ordinary afternoon, already becoming the kind of memories that feel a little magical.
Classic Neg, minor tweaks of shadows and highlights in a few (the sun was pouring through skylights), and I also turned some B+W. 1/4 black diffusion filter.
Hi! I recently had this beautiful shoulder piece done and I'd really like some thoughts on what kind of piece would look nice on my other shoulder. I love symmetry and want it to feel balanced. I have smaller pieces on my inner arms by the same artist. The smaller pieces are two small daffodils, two small roses, a little butterfly and a ladybird. Ideas welcome!
Artist: Dominique Kirkby. She works just outside of Eastleigh, UK.
One English pub, one winning England team, two very tired boys... and somehow we still didn't make it to bed until after 1am!

A short road trip to the beach, cheese + crackers (not pictured), blue skies + soft sand.
