When it rains well, baby, I don’t mind
Cause I'ma make that sun shine
Til there's rainbows in the sky

I have played 1,200+ games but an considering deleting my account and starting over. I have played at least half of those games on Level 9, where I have been kind of stuck and bouncing between 3,700-4,000 trophy points for quite a while. Admittedly, I was stubborn and didn't join a league until maybe 150 games ago, so I missed out on acquiring cards there until recently.
It wasn't until the last few hundred games where I started to prioritize leveling up gray/common players rather than gold/legendary players. I have 1 Level 12 player, 6 Level 11 players and 2 Level 10 players in my lineup – 2 gray, 3 purple, 4 gold - but more recently I've acquired enough cards to level up several other gray players to 11 or 12. I was holding off on spending gold on them to level up because I wasn't sure what strategy to use just yet.
My batting lineup:
OF - Annie, 11
1B - Hanzo, 12
C- Murray, 11
SS - Tom, 10
OF - Phoenix, 11
3B - Jisung, 11
CF - Ryan, 11
P - Simon, 10
2B - Emily, 11
It's a team mostly built on Contact aside from a couple of power hitters, Murray and Tom. I have Rodriguez ready to level up to 12, King ready to level up at 11, Russell at 11 and Michelle almost able to level up to 12, at which point I was going to put her at pitcher instead of Simon, who has an ERA under 4.00 but stuck at Level 10 forever.
Should I start over with a complete different strategy, or keep with it with a new focus?
Edit: If it matters, I am sitting on 72,000 gold and 2,500 gems.
I mostly prefer to stay off my phone while at shows, but I do like to get 1 or 2 videos just to hold onto to look back on. Taking into account all the production (lasers, strobes, confetti, etc.), which song on the Deadbeat tour makes for the best recording?
Edit: Thanks everyone! I remember getting a video of Elephant during the Slow Rush tour, so I might opt for Let It Happen this time. It's my favorite song by him anyway.
First time they’ve played this song together!
I’m not one to spread rumors, but this feels like it’s happening
Skrillex and Four Tet play consecutive sets on the main stage at Bonnaroo tomorrow. Skrillex is done at 12:30 a.m., and there are no sets elsewhere at Bonnaroo that night, which is rare.
The Other Stage is Bonnaroo’s main EDM stage. And…doesn’t that look like Fred Again’s logo?
Could Fred be playing tomorrow night here? Could it be another B2B with Skrillex and Four Tet?
Edit: I meant Fred’s font, not logo.
Seven Lions at Red Rocks was simply magical. Easily the best set I’ve seen of his.
The setlist, the lasers, the weather, the vibes, Lindsey Stirling!!
Pretty special night y’all. Shoutout to everyone being so friendly too.
At shows, especially festivals, I like to bring packaged candy to pass out to people in the crowds. In the past I've done Ring Pops, Pop Rocks and suckers. What's a candy you've received that you've loved? I was considering Nerds Gummy Glusters, and I know Hi-Chews are popular too.
Hey everyone! I wanted to take a moment to make a detailed post about the Camp Reddaroo Craft Beer Exchange, which will be held Friday of Bonnaroo from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. in Plaza 5, the Groop camping plaza.
For the third straight year, the beer exchange will be hosted by Manchester's own Common John Brewing Company, which is brewing a special Bonnaroo-themed beer. I'm looking forward to officially announcing the beer and its beautiful artwork later this month.
The beer will be distributed for free at the exchange, but be sure to get there early, as there will be a limited quantity available.
The beer exchange — now in its 11th year — has its roots through Camp Reddaroo, but it’s open to all Bonnaroo attendees. The event has grown over the years, now with hundreds of people attending each year.
You can bring as much beer to the exchange as you'd like — some people bring 6, others bring a full case or more. But in accordance with Bonnaroo's rules, we ask you to only bring drinks in cans.
And don't worry if your beer isn't chilled, plenty of people will bring theirs home with them after the weekend.
Not a beer fan? That's totally cool, as others will be trading ciders, sours, seltzers and non-alcoholic beverages. But please make sure they are craft beverages! Save your Bud Light and White Claws for your campsite, please.
The exchange itself is sort of a free for all. Some people drop off their drinks and then grab the same amount that are left by others, while some will barter with each other.
But if you bring 6 beers, please make sure you're only taking back 6!
Camp Reddaroo is also very excited to once again feature live music at this year's exchange. More details on that later.
We also invite you to visit Common John Brewing Company, located at 210 Woodbury Highway in Manchester. They make some great food, including breakfast, and our collaboration will also be available at their taproom.
And please join us on the Facebook page for the Camp Reddaroo Craft Beer Exchange.
Cheers!
