I really want to follow this plan and start on deadlifts & squats with barbells.
Honestly I’m extremely scared of the barbell rack. It’s full of muscular and strong guys. I’m fat (borderline obese) and even when I go, I see that they are never free.

I started zepbound & on my third week. But I am unsure how to actually lose weight.
The scale remains the same but I do see a bit of change in my face and my arms.

I am doing a solo trip for my birthday. I have done multiple festivals and gone for afters in NY, Montreal, Tulum, Toronto.
First time in Chicago and looking for places to visit. I’d be exploring the city and food scene during the day while doing the typical touristy activities. But I want to keep my nights for a rave/raves + afters.

Hoping to go for a drink or two at a rooftop with dinner, then head to a rave to start the night and possibly an after hours.
Visiting Montreal for the weekend but will stay for an extra day.
