Please help !

I have tried everything from chlorhexidine, ketoconazole, sulfur, azeliac acid, hypochlorous acid, oral fluconazole, fungal acne safe products and nothing will get rid of it! Started on my back and spread to my chest, neck and face - the spurs themselves have got bigger and increased in quantity over time. Everything I try will seem like it’s working for a few days then makes it worse - I’ve seen my GP three times now and a referral to the dermatologist will take over a year (I live in England).

Nothing is helping - please help !!

I’ve been dealing with what my gp has told me is folliculitis for over two months now, I’ve tried both bacterial and fungal treatments to little success. Spots start out flat and pink before developing a head or sometimes never develop a head but will always leave red marks that take weeks to disappear. Spread all over body, even had the odd one on my arm or leg but mostly saturated over chest, back, bum, neck and face.

Help! Fungal, bacterial or something else?

My GP thinks I have folliculitis, started getting pink spots that resembled hives that then turn in to spots and develop a head. GP has prescribed me oral antibiotics without checking if it’s bacterial or fungal so I’m apprehensive to take them in case it’s fungal and makes it worse - but I also want it to go away. It’s itchy and takes ages to fade, I get 5+ pop up each day throughout the day. Only get them on my back, chest, neck and face. Does this look fungal or bacterial?
