My family is planning to purchase a lot in Multinational Village because it’s conveniently located near the airport, and we really like the wide roads and spacious layout of the village.

However, we’ve heard about some conflicts between the village management and residents, the relatively high association fees, and frequent flooding in the area.

May I ask if you can recommend any alternative villages nearby that are less prone to flooding, well-managed, and generally peaceful and orderly?
We’d preferably like something with a similar feel to Multinational Village, with wide roads and a good community. Thank you!

To give you some context:
- Sinanla ko yung mga jewelry ko sa Cebuana Lhuillier Parañaque a few months ago.

- Nung tutubusin ko na, napansin kong may scratches/damage yung ibang jewelry. Kaya pinabalik muna sa akin yung items dahil sabi ng staff, kailangan daw ayusin at covered daw iyon ng warranty/insurance nila.

- Ang sabi rin ng staff, nilooban daw sila, kaya nagkaroon ng damage yung jewelry.

- Halos 1 month akong naghintay bago bumalik yung jewelry mula sa pag-aayos.

Recently, pinacheck ko yung mga items sa ibang Cebuana Lhuillier branch, only to find out na fake daw yung ibang jewelry.

Hindi ko na alam kung ano ang dapat kong gawin o kung saan ito dapat i-report. Mahigit 1 month na rin mula nang makuha ko ulit yung jewelry, at ngayon ko lang talaga napacheck.

Has anyone experienced something similar? If yes, ano po yung ginawa ninyo at saan ninyo ito nireport?

Hi po! I bought a second-hand Toyota unit na wala pang 3 years old. Plan ko po sana dalhin sa CASA for minor repairs, like parking assist malfunction, and magpapaayos din sana ako ng minor scratches.

May kailangan po bang documents na i-present para malaman if qualified pa siya for warranty or insurance, since bago pa lang po yung unit and wala pang 3 years old?

If someone is flagged under AMLA, how long does it usually take for their account status to go back to normal? Will the person be permanently tagged as having a suspicious transaction? Any insights or advice on what we should do next would be greatly appreciated.
