Viking vs others on Rhine travel?

I’m seeing a lot of posts either regretting a decision to stick with a Rhine trip or deciding to cancel and take a future boat. Most of these seem to be with non-Viking companies which have already made their offers for mid-October trips. Meanwhile, Viking has only communicated generic info, claiming that they have more ports, boats, etc and are “better prepared for low water” than other lines. We don’t depart until the 22nd, and while I don’t expect better news on the water levels, I do expect Viking to make their offers soon.
So, for any experienced Viking travelers, what’s your take on their claims to be better suited for current sailing conditions? We’ve already decided that if there’s more than one bus detour - which there will almost certainly be - we’ll skip the trip and claim the refund.

Do not use GoTickets to purchase LH tickets!

Absolute gobshite ticket broker. You complete an order and THEN they contact the seller. They changed my seats, botched that order, sent a half dozen warning emails, and kept me online for 40 minutes getting me back to where we started. The CS person was helpful, but then they didn’t process my ticket purchase insurance and I spent another 15 minutes sorting out that. I hate TMaster and SeatGeek but at least they typically aren’t this ham-handed. Most of you vets probably already know all this, but for people like me who don’t order much online, caveat emptor. (Detroit show, Dec. 5).

“reduced speed”

This is what we get in rural Wisconsin after our “high speed” data has been expended …. I mean, what’s the point when you can’t even open an app?

Is it allowed to just post F*ck Verizon?

No service: call local store - “We don’t know why service is crap but would you consider an upgrade? “ Gi to national- “Hmm, maybe a bad tower in your area but they don’t tell us -‘can We upgrade you to same shite service but with h a newer and
More expensive phone?”

You don’t give a rat’s a** for rural customers and you assume we’re all morons. so, repeat the title above ad infinitum

I recall seeing a woodcut years go with a title something like “Pei Sh’ei against the Wind,” which my brain associated with Hokusai, but I’ve not been able to track it down. It is NOT “A Sudden Gust of Wind.” And I hope it wasn’t something by Pei-Shen Qian!

Assuming I have the wrong title (and possibly the artist) can anyone help me locate it? Thanks in advance for any suggestions
