Hello friends.
My current PC was purchased in 2021 and I've started to notice quite a bit of stuttering and lag while gaming. Figured it might be time to upgrade, it's worked pretty well but it's five years old.
Current specs:
* AMD Ryzen 5 3600 3.6 GHz
* AMD Radeon RX 580 8GB
* 16GB RAM
* 1TB SSD
* Windows 10
I would love to go all the way up to AMD Ryzen 9800X3 and a Radeon RX 9070 XT, but those are kinda spendy around $2300-$2400; are there lower-priced alternatives where I would see a noticeable upgrade over what I have now?
For example, Costco has a CyperPowerPC with Intel Core Ultra 5 225F and GeForce RTX 5060 for $1500. Or Skytech Azure 3 with Intel Core Ultra 7 265K + Nvidia RTX 5060 for $1600.
Also I'm currently using a 1080 monitor and would love to go up to 1440 with a GPU upgrade.
Hoping to future proof myself for at least another 5 years like my last PC.

Super comfortable! Really like the textured look and feel.
… is finding all these gorgeous watches that are discontinued and no longer available. 😭 Sakura, stop teasing me!!
I love solar watches - no need to ever change the battery. Even better if it’s radio controlled like my Casio Oceanus, so I don’t even have to manually set it. I’m just curious what the appeal of automatic watches is. I don’t really know much about them so I’m looking for some enlightenment, but they just seem like a hassle to have to wind them to keep them working all the time.
OK, for as long as I've been playing (over 6 years now), the meta front bar weapon choice for PvE DPS has been Dual Wield daggers due to the Twin Blade and Blunt passive buff to crit chance, with almost no change or variation except for a few niche builds. People talk about class imbalance a lot, but THIS is the true imbalance that I wish ZOS would address.
Obviously One Hand and Shield (intended for tanks) and Restoration Staff (intended for healers) are non-starters. Destro Staff - particularly lightning - can be a decent choice for some builds on either front or back bar but doesn't quite beat daggers most of the time. Ice staff used to be meta specifically for mag wardens before subclassing but that fell off a while back. Two-Handed has been the back bar meta for a long time thanks to Stampede. Bow absolutely needs some love and attention; lots of players love using a bow but it is a pretty big dps loss on either front bar or back bar.
Sometimes people call for additional weapon choices (spear, anyone?) but before they add a new one, they really need to rebalance the existing choices and make it so dual daggers on the front bar and a greatsword on the back bar aren't the default choices for nearly every single meta dps build.
