My pharmacist suggested to take my levothyroxin 75mg an hour before taking my wegovy pill, my doctor never said. Google says otherwise, anybody else know which is suggested?

Im just interested in sharing experiences and journey someone starting roughly the same time as me. I started about a week ago on the 1.5mg and am experiencing nothing right now. I am a 42m married w 2 daughters and not looking to get fresh with whoever messages me whatever pronoun you are im fine with.

Im 6' 325 pounds. I was about 380 2 years ago but survived throat cancer and lost a little over 100 pounds but had my gallbladder taken out 6 months ago and have gained a considerable amount back since and cant go back to that lifestyle. I want to be 250ish. Idk if this is allowed, delete if not.

My wife and daughter want me to display some of my art from the piles of sketchbooks i have laying around but i feel its too vein to frame anything i made and hang it. What do you guys do with your work? Do u just throw the full book of sketches in a pile and store it somewhere to just be revisited seldomly in the future? I have a few pieces im proud of and would like to see more often bit it feels weird.

Are they beefing or something happen or just differing schedules?

Im looking for lead thats darker than 2B. I found some on Amazon labeled as 4b but it as junk! Does anybody have any idea where i can get a 4B-8B lead for .5 or .7 pencil? Or is it too soft in that diameter and just breaks? Do i just need to get a lead holder? I just really like holding my rotrings 600.
