This should be an interesting discussion. This can be from evidence, testimonies, or what Michael did overall (he didn't do anything inappropriate or illegal). There is no right or wrong answer.

For me, it's for the description "matching". If it matched as they claimed on the prosecution side, why didn't they use it as evidence?

Has anyone looked through these books personally? If so, what do you think about them? I feel like looking through them would help tremendously with our arguments.

I would look through them, but I'm scared. I've been told that a lot of families own these books simply because they're art books and they're in libraries and haven't been pulled.

I would like to have a discussion if one has.

When other fandoms bring up their favorites like Freddy Mercury, David Bowie, Madonna, Prince, The Beatles, etc, they ALWAYS bring Michael into the picture.

Whether it's an edit or a conversation, they always bring up pictures of his mugshot and fake photos. They also say he "whitewashed" himself, that he used creams to make his skin white, and never had vitiligo; calling him the. Just overall being racist.

As someone who listens to like 3 of those artists, I can say that this is not the way to go. This is terrible behavior. Why can't people just respect other artists? Little do they know 4 of those people respect Michael.

I'm pretty sure you've heard this interview, but I feel like this needs to be posted here. Very interesting that this is the same guy who later accused Michael of SAing him.

This is NOT a shot at us. We know that Michael settling in court doesn't mean he was guilty.

Per the Federal Rule of Evidence 408, settling in court is NOT an admission of liability. So if the law says this why is it hard for detractors to accept this? What's different for Michael? I don't understand.

Well, first. This was created in 1992, a year before the first allegations arose.

We have to look at what this foundation was created for. Let's take a look.

Heal the World foundation was a charitable organization that helped aided children and the environment.

One may ask, "Ok? What was its goal?"

Here are the goals for this organization: providing medicine for children, fighting world hunger, drug/alcohol ab*se, environmental threats, and child ab*se/exploitation.

For example: the foundation airlifted 46 tons of urgent medical and relief supplies to children and people in war-torn Sarajevo.

The foundation covered medical treatments and major operations for disadvantaged youths globally, including a full payment for a Hungarian child's liver transplant.

"That doesn't mean he didn't ab*se children!"

Sure it does. One who abuses children or is attracted to them would not go out of their way to make a whole organization about these issues specifically for children. They simply do not care. They want to take advantage of children, not help them. He would have kept his actions secret like majority of them do.

"But Jimmy Savile had charities and he worked in hospitals with children!"

Here's the difference: His charities were specifically for the relief of poverty, sickness, and recreational facilities for disabled people (The Jimmy Savile Charitable Trust) and dedicated charitable fund established in 1981 to support the medical and rebuilding work at Stoke Mandeville Hospital (The Jimmy Savile Stoke Mandeville Hospital Trust). None of his charities were specifically for children, so he didn't care.

He worked in hospitals to GAIN ACCESS to CHILDREN and to TAKE ADVANTAGE of them. Michael never did that.

"But, but. He created Neverland to gain access to children!"

He created Neverland for the disadvantaged children who did not have the chance to do fun things due to their conditions or situations. It was simply for healing, magic, and joy. Take it as like Disney World/Disneyland but private. He wanted to recreate his childhood HE NEVER HAD, but I digress, it's getting off topic.

Anyway, CSA was and is still happening every minute, hour, day, month, and year. Michael simply wanted these evil things to end. He was strongly against CSA. He saw that children deserved a good world to live in, and don't have to worry about these things. Protecting children was one of his biggest priorities. He saw them as angels who needed a good world full of TLC.

Michael has supported over 39 charities, many which focused on children (recognized by Guinness World Record) Because much of his philanthropy was done privately or anonymously, the exact total number of child-focused charities he aided throughout his life is higher than official public records show, so there's that.

I can't recommend her enough!!! She does so much research and deep dives into everything!!! She made me have so much relief with the allegations!

Yesterday, a detractor was telling me, "Michael had CSAM in his possession!"

I asked them, "Why wasn't he charged with possession of CSAM then?"

He responded, "Possession of CSAM would be a criminal matter, meaning local, state, or federal prosecutors would be the one to bring charges. Learn how the law works!!"

So they're telling me those TWO RAIDS assisted by the FBI, THE FBI!!!!, wasn't criminal? So Michael NEVER had a criminal trial ever? It was all civil? The 1993 case was civil, but it didn't stop them from going to criminal. 2005 WAS CRIMINAL!!! The FBI searched him and FOUND NOTHING that warrants a criminal filing!!!

Are they being for real?
