Haven't received our casino yearly offer, should I be worried?
We had a cruise in March and my wife hit 5000 points during that cruise.
We were told that in May we should start receiving some information for our yearly cruise offering for our status. The month is almost over and we haven't received anything. Should we be nervous?
Side note, getting our "cruise cert" before leaving the last cruise was difficult. When my wife hit whatever it was (7000 or something) she talked to a host and they gave her a QR code. The last night we tried to go back and they were busy. They said they would mail us an updated code, but it took multiple emails to get someone to understand what we were looking for. Was also disappointed that the cruise had to be used in 6 months (where RC and others give you a year to use it, it has to be booked within a certain time period). We have our vacation planned for the year so we couldn't make it work.
Waiting on that yearly offer so we can book a cruise for next year.
