I worked as an intermediary preciously, worked for around 10 years +, i took a break and now want to build an agency. I used to work as an intermediary a long time back, took time off due to bereavement. When i started thete was no help, nothing. People think just doing the exam makes them an agent, which many know not to be true. The game is about networking, building trusting relationships.
Lets discuss if anyone wants to build something togther, doesnt matter which region you're in, as football is global.
My daughter spends money and doesnt know the concept of how money works. So from this an idea came:
Fintech:
Child wants something, ie barbie doll. The doll is added as a goal, lets say value of £20.
The child contributes from savings and transfers from parents to that goal.
the next screen is learnings, so for every work,task, learning completed on the platform a certain amount will be put towards the goal. Parents can also add bespoke goals.
There is also a simulated stock market, with company financials, data and charts. Videos explaining the conepts are tailored to the childs age for understanding.
So for example, there is a company called monsters inc, the child buys the stock with virtual coins, then accordingly to market movement the child makes a profit/loss. For profits, the virtual coins can be exchanged for real money for contribution to the goal.
Aim is to also provide daily financial news tailored to the child age, so this helps in learninf financials and how markets move with news.
Children can run weekly challenges with their friends to see who has the most profit in the week etc.
This is just a concept i have, i am surw we can implement many other features.
Would love for someone or some people to join in and help make this work from the ground up.

Im 40 now, got experience in compliane at retail banks. I also built a consortium to bid for a major asset, the bid was unsuccessful but the connections and money involved was high. I have an undergrad from a russell group in Poltics,Philosophy and Econ. A masters in Investment Management from a mediocre uni. I have cant break into IB,PE or VC. My skills would suit investor relations, but still canr break in. Do you think learning AI will help break in, seeing as this is the new 'goto skill'. Also, one major retail bank is cutting their work force by half, aorund 25k jobs will be lost withib 2-5 years due to AI. So, what do you guys suggest I do, or study or go about getting into IB,PE OR VC roles, please?

I have been applying for roles and told that i need something from a target university. Seeing as the cheapest for a target university is Warwick, then what are your thoughts about the Warwick MBA? Do banks and firms care if its an MBA, EMBA, or the Global MBA.
