Positive media representation: Suu Hifumi

Hi!!! There's this lovely manga called 100 girlfriends who really really really really really love you (don't get mistaken by the title, it's quite well written and cute, I swear), and they're lots of different female protagonists here as you can imagine.

There's this character called Suu Hifumi (Hifumi Suu in japanese) that is objectum/conceptumsexual for numbers. She has a serious face in his everyday life and don't bother to know people, but when it comes to numbers, she just get really happy and her eyes shine. It's so lovely.

When she meets the male protagonists they fall in love (that's kinda the main plot of the series), but she's very clear about her feelings for numbers. So he tries to win her making numbers. She's upset because she can't do a 10 by herself, so he makes a 10 with her. She says she can't be with him because she's already in love, so he tells her that's fine for him since he has other girlfriends too. I absolutely love that he validates her feelings for numbers and understand she's going to love them even when she's with him (I'm a poly person myself so that's a pretty normal concept to me).

All girlfriends are introduced to the gf group when they start dating MC, so when they know she's in love with numbers they make a "girl talk" about how she started loving them and if they date and all sort of romantic things, they even go like "you must really love them" 🥺🥺🥺 At first is a little new for them I have to say, but they end being really supportive to her.

I just thought you may like to know about her 👉👈

(Btw this is like my top 2 series in the whole world)

Husband and I have sex 1 in a month

I'm less than 30 fyi.

Okay, I need to understand why this happens. He's quite an asexual, but me? I really don't know. I continue masterbating and getting aroused, but I prefer not to involve him. I'm poly, so I can be with other people too, but I don't know, it's been a while. I'm starting to think that when I fall for someone romantically I end up being asexual for that person and viceversa.

Sasaki is ultra attractive

Sorry I'm just thirsty for this middle-aged man but, can you blame me?

He's too kind for his own good, nice, comfy and the age just makes him better. Good for you, Yamada

Optimistic with proship environments

Hi! Lately I watched here lots of awful/harassment/hostile content, so today I want to bring something to be happy for.

I've read lots of problematic fics on ao3 (like most people here I suppose), even wrote it myself, and I've read lots of good comments on those fics. In my experience, the problematic fics I've written and read have more comments and kudos' ratio than the non-problematic stuff. Also people's comments are really sweet and nice (even more than average-content ones), and it made me really happy to read them back in those days.

I'm aware that writers can filter comments, but you know, the content in comments is really nice to read and I'm pretty sure that the comments I've received are sweeter in problematic stuff than in non-ones.

I've also participated in fic exchanges of my fandoms/fandom fic reading events and I think all of them have been profic oriented. People don't question fics content, they just ask they topics they want and if they don't want to receive something, they put in "do not wanted" section and that's all.

I'm sure this is really basic knowledge in profic/proship world but I wanted to put a spotlight on it since sometimes it looks like things on this side are going badly, but imho i'd say it's not going that bad after all ❤️

Have a great day y'all!

¿Dicho favorito?

¿Cuál es vuestro dicho o expresión favorito? A mí me puede el escuchar un "nos ha jodido mayo con las flores", pero hay que reconocer que hay auténticas perlas por ahí.

Kinktobers as a series, not chapters

Hi, I came here to make a needed statement.

I really love kinktobers, you have a oneshot about the prompt and the pairing and that's great. The problem is: in the tags I can't really see which one is related to which ship. Sometimes I find tags I really like for a ship, but I have to open the chapter list (luckily the writer posted a list as a first chapter) and go reading every chapter looking for the prompt(s) I like. Besides, the tag list ends being massive with more than 30 different tags.

My question is: why isn't it widespread to make a series and post the oneshots as independent works? Like that, you can see which tag is related to which pair, and even add more tags.

The only reasons I can think about are to concentrate kudos, comments and hits in just one place so they have more visibility in search engine and it's better to manage responses. And maybe people doesn't like neither to have many related oneshots?

What you think about it?
