WIP Norn Emissary

My son is huge into Pokemon and wanting to base them off a water type, and since my main army is Space Marine (Dark Krakens) I used Tentacruel as my inspiration for the color scheme. Really liking how it's turning out and to push myself to finish it soon

Added more Minifigures to my coffee table and rearranged a few pieces

Built this during covid back in '21 and have kept adding to it and filling it with different miniatures over time. Out of all my Legos, this one I've put the most love and time into and could never part with it.

Found the table on facebook marketplace and had to cut a thin piece of plywood to fit in the bottom and glued all the flat tiles down to attach everything. For the edges I cut plexiglass and secured them with screws with pre-drilled holes I made not to crack it. For the giant crack on the side that was my baby nephew who accidentally did that. Taped it up and plan on fixing it eventually

Wave-Caller Thalassor. A ruthless Librarian and hunter of the deep

Re-uploaded from my previous post. Last pictures were a little blurry and the color was off. Figured I need to take new photos and update the post

Dark Krakens Librarian

Finished this one last night! Re-uploaded the post because the other pictures were blurry and had to retake them...

Took the suggestions from a previous post about readjusting the knife and making it look like he created it with the warp. Thank y'all for the suggestions

Found out about the dryer sheet trick too late. Too bad my entire army is on muddy battlefield bases...

Brothers, what do y'all do with your boxes?

I plan on putting up a couple of shelves on the wall and displaying them like they do in the stores.

Edit: So it seems the general consensus is that people either...

  1. Toss them

  2. Cut the front art off and use them as posters while throwing the rest out

  3. Bury them in the forest

  4. Eat them for the beneficial fiber

  5. Only keep the release set boxes and use them as trays

Finished Vulkan He'Stan!

A lot of kitbashing went into trying to make this unique and not just another "Vulkan He'stan repaint" and instead capturing what makes us our own.

Hope y'all like it!
