I was in an accident a couple months ago

it was so traumatizing. the guy was going over 100mph and hit us from behind throwing us into a semi. thankfully my family is okay besides a concussion and whiplash but i just looked up what this guy got on his record. He only had to pay a 170 dollar ticket for a wrong lane change. This makes me so incredibly angry because it’s on video from the semi that hit us how fast he was going and he was chasing another car. We almost died. There is probably nothing I can do but just be angry, right?

Spotify on display

For two days my display shows the wrong song on Spotify. It will be playing the right song through the CarPlay and my iPhone but the display shows the wrong one, like a lag. I redownloaded Spotify and disconnected CarPlay but it didn’t help. Any suggestions? This car has only 933 miles on it and it’s a 2026. Thanks!

To protect yourself from buyers claiming they didn’t get your package?

Hi! New here. I am wondering the best way to protect myself from buyers claiming they did not get their package. Do I have to get a receipt every time I ship with tracking? Use only depop shipping? Or is there a better way? Thanks so much!

What is wrong with my shoulder?

for years my shoulder has been grinding, popping, and aching. I had an xray almost ten years ago that showed nothing, so I was told this was snapping scapula syndrome. I had a car accident about two months ago and since then my shoulder aching has become worse, and I get little electric shocks down my arm to my wrist. My doctor doesn’t think it warrants a mri or further testing. I am in physical therapy but it aches badly the day after. Has anyone experienced something like this and it turned out there actually was something wrong with their rotator cuff? Thanks :)

To everyone who doesn’t have a mother..

If you don’t have a mother in your life, for whatever reason. If tomorrow is causing you sadness & anxiety. If you just want to hide because it hurts so much. I see you 🫶🏻

I was just fired by my last remaining friendship. I reached out to them to hang out after a bad trauma and I needed some socialization to remind myself that I am loved and okay, and they kept ghosting me. Finally they said, if I ever need anything or for someone to be there to reach out.

And I bluntly said, okay but I did! and then they wrote me a two paragraph saying how good a friend I am and how I lift their spirits all the time, BUT they are not in a place to be the type of friend I need. why? who knows. I thought friendship is BEING there for eachother.

so I’m in my forties, experiencing some awful crap which will probably force me into the psych ward, and I only have my therapist. It’s fcking great 👍🏻 I love doing all this crap alone, all the time, and being abandoned again and again and again.

I have been on Lexapro for over 20 years. I started on liquid Prozac at age 10. I have OCD, intrusive thoughts, major depression, CPTSD, sleep wake cycle disorder, sleep apnea, insomnia, severe migraines, panic disorder, and adhd. I don’t have bipolar though (I don’t think) but I’m not sure where else to ask this and I hope someone can help.

I have tried to switch my Lexapro to something else three times in the past couple years and I ended up almost being committed. A month ago my doctor increased my dose to 30mgs and I got mild serotonin syndrome which was awful. I have been now at 20mgs at two weeks but I am miserable. My sleep is messed up, I have no energy, I am anxious, I am lonely sad crying off and on. I am so extremely depressed I can barely move.

Now my doctor is talking about adding a small dose of a mood stabilizer to help but I am terrified. I am so scared it’s going to make me restless and anxious like when I had too much serotonin in me, and then I’m also scared I’ll just have horrible side effects. Has anyone added a small dose of a mood stabilizer and it worked amazing for them, helped stabilize them rather quickly? I need some positive stories! Thank you 😊

Anyone else have siblings that are (or act like) they are doing very well and you’re just over here struggling to stay out of the psych ward?

I had to buy my 2026 Honda hybrid crv sport quickly after a crash and skipped the warranty the dealer offered me because it seemed extremely expensive. Now I am questioning if buying the extra warranty is worth it? Is there other warranty options? Thanks 😊
