Who’s your favorite green-flag male lead in a K-drama?

For me, its Park Bo-gum as Gwan-sik in When Life Gives You Tangerines. 🥹 There’s just something so warm about the way he loves—not only Ae-sun, but his family too. He’s so steady, patient, and quietly caring, and you can really feel how deeply he values the people he loves. I especially loved how his love was shown through the little things rather than grand gestures. He just feels like the kind of person who makes you feel safe and loved without having to say much. 🤍

And of course, who could forget Kim Seon-ho as the ultimate good boy from Start-Up? 💗 This man had us all falling for the second lead.

May we all find the kind of love that brings us closer to ourselves.

I had to lose you without having you

I loved you without ever being yours.

I remember when i could remember everything about you—the shape of your face, the way you smiled, the sound of your voice, the little things you did that you probably never knew i noticed. I held onto every small moment because, to me, they meant more than they ever did to you.

You were never mine. You probably never even knew how deeply i loved you. And yet, somehow, i still have to learn how to let you go.

What hurts the most is realizing that i'm slowly forgetting you. I’m forgetting the details i once tried so hard to memorize. Your face doesn’t feel as familiar anymore. Your voice is becoming harder to remember. Even the little things that used to make my heart skip are slowly becoming blurry.

And maybe this is what healing looks like.

Not suddenly stopping loving someone, but slowly losing the memory of why you loved them so much.

It’s ironic, isn’t it? You were once someone i noticed in everything, someone whose smallest attention could make my entire day. And now, you’re slowly becoming a stranger in my own memories.

There was never a goodbye between us because there was never really an us to begin with.

Just me, loving you quietly.

Just me, carrying something you never knew existed.

And now, just me, slowly letting it disappear.

One day, you’ll be nothing more than someone i once loved from afar. And maybe the saddest part is that you’ll never know you were once my favorite person to remember.
