Anybody experienced w/ success in the epoxy flooring service industry?

Residential is main focus right now to stack some faster capital, and build a commercial budget.

I would really appreciate some direct help, if you know what you’re doing and have ran successful ads for epoxy companies please message me.

Thank you

What my deal is:

My family has been in the flooring industry for over 50 years starting with terrazzo floors on navy ship decks

My father started his own epoxy company 20 years ago, and sits naturally as a top ranked business in our major metro area. He pays $5500 a mo with only around $1800 actually spent on ads, the rest is agency fees.

Recently I started my own Google campaign as a sister company with its own branding, a DBA situation. With around $600 - $800 in spend I’ve sent around 7 quotes totaling just under $30,000 in residential jobs , closed 3 of them.

After changes to my account leads have stopped. I think I made some beneficial repairs recently, but honestly I need professional advice, even though I plan to go this fully in house.

TLDR

I run an epoxy company.

Dead set on doing ads in house.

I need professional advice.

I made a design hub that custom paints your keyboard with AWCC instantly

For those who are as lazy as me, this might be helpful, I vibe coded this design hub that will auto rgb fade and much more for you perfectly and it instantly can be applied and saved

Since it’s vibe coded with Claude, I set it up so that you can have a design brief with it to tell it the vibe you’re feeling

Back at it again, idk what I’m doing and I want to buy my gf good jewelry

Title explains the whole idea

Are these gonna be like embarrassingly microscopic?

I want to buy her genuine material but not spend $1200. Half of that is the top of my budget.

And I found this place from Instagram , thought she would like them. She likes pink, and the beach. And don’t think she has many pearls.

EDIT / Update

Thank you all for the kind suggestions and criticism, I found some really cool Akoya pearls! Now the only question that remains is sizing, she has a very small wrist and some of these the smallest size is 7inches is that doable

Claude and Google ads

How could I actually get Claude to build / test a converting ad campaign?

I kind of already did but lead flow stopped, and my own testing is muddying the waters. I sent 6-7 quotes and closed 3 leads in the first month of my Claude managed campaign.

With $600 ad spend and this being an epoxy floor company, these are impressive results considering I know some who pay $5500 a mo for an agency.

It’s been almost 3 weeks since I’ve seen a form submission come in and honestly it’s discouraging. I will not outsource for ads, this is the path I’m choosing.

Currently running Claude code in my own custom terminal using its own browser and Claude in chrome as needed to totally build / check and maintain my ads campaign. All of this backs up and lives in a neat tube style .md file structure.

Did market research set the keywords bid strategy built the ads site lines everything for me and I learned a lot in the process. But honestly not enough and would love some advice because I see others doing this.

Thank you

EDIT this doesn’t have to just be Claude automation, any testing advice helps. I did start this without using Claude and found it to be very helpful, maybe I’ve let it run itself for too long, but ads are complicated to the average person.

EDIT 2 and TLDR:
Was getting lots of leads and booked $10,000 in jobs with $20,000 quoted in the pipeline

8% conversion (form submission) rate first month, 7/10 quality score keyword “… near me” got all 3 of the closed jobs and most of it not all the leads

It dropped to 3/10 quality score, sits there even after ad relevance fix

Old Pal best budget weed

For the price ($50 a half) ($30 a q) Old Pal consistently impresses me for budget weed

They let halves go for $30 sometimes, and mostly have multiple items 30% off

Really good and quick duh within 10 minutes from a free FanDuel bonus

They gave me $400 which is a very kind gift from them

PS I reached out to support and asked why I don’t get anymore free bonus dollars randmonly when I’ve never played this much before. He didn’t care and said it’s never guaranteed. I responded by saying I’ll just play on draft kings since they just gave me a VIP rep and I get no bonuses, if you feel like passing that to someone who would care if not all good

Since then I opened 3 mystery boxes the next 3 days $290 $400 and $400

This was at negative $22,000 a few days ago, I started online gambling 3 years ago doing small $10 deposits, the games regularly were paying out 100 x

It felt like I found a way to print money

It was all cute fun until at the end of my 100x win streak I hit a 1000x on cash eruption w a $4 bet

I took that money, bought things for people in my life, ate good food went places (mind you I have a decent job as well)

I was hooked after that and every major win after that was pretty much spent back on gambling. I had months where I was doing great and months where I didn’t have the money for my car bill and where I had no energy. The peak of this and everything, once I hit negative 8000 I couldn’t believe I even found this much to spend on gambling. With negative 8k I ended up getting a $25,000 jackpot, I actually hit $12,500 and 25 in the same week leaving me with more than I ever had in my bank acc

If your good at foreshadowing you guess right that I went from a positive $16,000 balance to a complete reverse negative 16,000 balance mostly through $25 spins on huff n puff sadly enough

A few more roller coasters later and here I am, with hundreds of hours wasted, dollars wasted, energy drained and I think I would like to stop online gambling now.

These are the first and only two small bet games I ever played.

The first one sent a new game when they started loosing and the second guy went silent after they lost the first game. We’re taking abt $5 here…

Preposterous 😭🙏🏼
