I do want more 3199 mecha collection, but I don't think my shelf will let me

It's not my fault they're so damn fun to build and paint

They're *decently* affordable, small, fun, cute and challenging. What's there NOT to like?

This is pathetic. 3199 deserves better than this

We're approaching the end of 3199, and yet we have exactly 1+3/4 Mecha collection kits from 3199. Discounting recolours and reprints 2199 had 20, 2202 had 12ish , 2205 had...1.

Bandai, please milk this line for all it's worth, I'll buy an Arizona, or a type 5 mobile armour, or a pleiades class, a grodez or something. Shit make a Mecha collection white comet like the Mecha collection death star ii I'll buy it.

My favorite scene from the movie, in 1/2000 scale

Got the Valkyries from taobao, made the base from plastic plate and uv resin.

Share your thoughts and any advice you guys have for improving the base, it honestly looks weird to me

I may have bitten off more than I can chew

I look forward to sharing updates on each kit as I get through.

Currently working my way through the EDF carrier first, cleaned all the seamlines and awaiting the spraycan delivery to complete it

They'll make an amazing addition to the collection tho

Does the cosmo DNA website have an archive for instruction manuals and can I contribute

Recently got my hands on afew of the vintage kits and was wondering whether or not we Yamato/star blazer fans have anything like a dalong.net sort of catalog for vintage Yamato kits instructions

1/64 resin printed, originally completely grey but here she is fully painted up.

Man I really should get back on track with gunpla instead of doing these side quests

Why do they call it Hayabusa?

Is there a hidden meaning I'm missing out on why they call the cosmo falcons that? And does the name also carry forward to the cosmo tiger iis?

Summer Chloe croce :3

So I got bored and decided to repaint a 1/144 girl that the seller threw in foc as my beloved, because I'm pretty sure at one point she had to have gone to the beach with Vincent right?

Anyways 1/64 Chloe in the back for size comparison

"be forever, Yamato" or something like that

This shall be the final resting place for my oldest Yamato model, the 2202 kit from when it first released, and 9 years later, after being absolutely wrecked with its gun barrels snapping, bridge sections going missing, aa guns being snapped off and even more being used as parts for my 2202 final battle spec build, I figured the least I could do for this model was to finally put it to rest in one of the most memorable scenes from this series. May you forever rest beneath the seas of aquarius, Yamato

Episode 20: they're coming!

After 2 weeks of constant work, I've finally done it.

Special mods includes the optional explosion effects for the lambea, and a modified garunt with magnets to attach to a wire or the darold's launch deck.

And as someone pointed out in my previous Yamato build, I've gone and bought the garunt kit JUST for the drill missile
