[iOS & iPad] 🚀 Major update to ClipBox — iPhone / iPad Clipboard manager with history, photo/video saving, PDFs, audio, Face ID, Custom Keyboard, Back-Up & sync (Offline Private Clipboard Manager for iPhone & iPad)
Thanks again to everyone from r/iosapps who tested earlier versions of ClipBox and shared honest feedback. A lot of this update came directly from comments about syncing, backup safety, keyboard workflow, and managing more than just copied text.
After months of rebuilding the app, I finally released the biggest ClipBox update so far.
The original goal was simple: stop losing copied content on iPhone. But during development I realized most clipboard managers on iOS still mainly focus on text only, while real workflows today involve photos, videos, PDFs, links, snippets, documents, and moving between multiple devices.
This update focuses heavily on solving that.
A — Answer
ClipBox now supports saving and organizing:
• text clips
• links with previews
• photos
• videos
• PDFs
• audio files
• code snippets
• notes & rich text
Major new improvements include:
• multiple device sync between iPhone & iPad
• backup & restore support
• redesigned faster UI
• encrypted offline storage
• Face ID / Touch ID protection
• improved keyboard extension
• pinboards & folders
• faster search/filtering
• rich media previews
• optimized iPad experience
• support for 20 global languages
One of the most requested additions was reliable sync + restore because many users use clipboard managers across work/personal devices and don’t want to lose years of saved clipboard history.
B — Better
What makes ClipBox different from most clipboard apps on iOS is that it works more like a complete clipboard workspace instead of only storing copied text.
The app can manage media files, documents, reusable content, and clipboard history together while also syncing them across devices and allowing backup restoration when changing phones.
The latest update also expands support to 20 global languages to make the app easier to use for international users.
Everything is designed offline-first with encrypted local storage and optional biometric protection.
No account is required to use the core experience.
C — Cost
ClipBox is freemium.
The free version includes clipboard history and core functionality.
Premium unlock adds:
• unlimited clipboard history
• multiple device sync
• backup & restore tools
• advanced organization
• enhanced security/privacy features
• media/document management tools

Would genuinely appreciate feedback from heavy productivity users here, especially people who use clipboard managers daily across multiple Apple devices.
