I usually grow gourmet with bags/tent, but my time has been limited as of recent so I wanted to try a simpler approach.

I have never done pf tek before but am testing it on some oysters (using the water tub method), which apparently can be done. I’m 1.5 weeks into fruiting conditions. Does it look as expected?

I have had the lid flipped and am fanning 2x/day. I have been misting the cakes but plan to stop now there is some knots/potential pins (at least I think that’s what they are?). Do they looked starved for air? Any other observations or recommendations? Thanks!
